“The property was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. The only comment that needs addressing is the timing of the music piped in on each floor. My room was close to the speaker and the music came on extremely early in the morning and woke me up. I felt if there is going to be music, it should start playing at a reasonable hour. Other than that hotel met my needs. ”

“Hotellet har all möjlighet att vara ett bra och mysigt hotell, men pga den urusla städningen i allmänna utrymmen så förstör det mycket med tanke på att det ligger i ett så fint område som Queens. Det var en ofräsch lukt, dessutom var frukosten under all kritik. Dock var städningen på rummen okey.”
