My friend and I came up to see museums and two Broadway shows. This apartment was compact and just what we needed: two bedrooms, a shower and kitchen. The location in the Kips Bay/Murry Hill area is safe and full of families and young professionals. The apartment needs a new refrigerator handle and a paint touchup in the little sitting room. The video that shows you where the lock box is located was super helpful. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We walked everywhere and never took a cab! One note: there are several hospitals nearby, so bring earplugs to help block out the sirens and honking cars. I slept well (comfy beds!) with earplugs and a nighttime mask to block out any light. I highly recommend this apartment. It’s a great value!

Great place to stay! I’ve been to NY before and found this to be spacious and clean in comparison to other NY apartments. Plus the location is amazing with so many highlights walkable and the waterfront just minutes away. Would stay here again and will recommend to others.

Location is great, not too far to walk to many sights (approx 10 minute to walk to Empire State Building). Flat was clean enough however if im completely honest was a bit dated/run down in terms of some of the fixtures being old or tarnished such as bathroom lights and cabinets. It is minor issue but if you're looking for pristine and ultra modern then this is not it. It was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Plenty of spares like extra towels and linen etc. No complaints here and really liked rhe area. The host was responsive immediately when I had an issue locating the correct lock box at check in. Quickly responding and resolved. We had a great stay and would definitely return.
