Enjoy and Stay offers you this magnificent modern apartment located in the heart of the beautiful port district and Place du Pin. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people and offers bright, fully air-conditioned spaces. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a typical Nice building.
The accommodation consists of a living area with a sofa bed equipped with a real mattress (5'3“ x 6'3”) and a TV, a separate modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed (5'3“ x 6'3”) and a wardrobe, and a fully equipped bathroom. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transportation, allowing you to explore the entire French Riviera.
The Port Lympia tram stop is a 4-minute walk away, with direct lines to the airport and other beautiful areas of Nice. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away for Cap Ferrat and Riquier train station, and an 11-minute walk away for Antibes, Cannes, Villefranche, and Monaco.
