Denna lägenhet har just blivit totalrenoverad. Erbjuder fullt utrustat kök (expresso kaffemaskin) och elegant badrum, luftkonditionering, internet, internationella kanaler, dubbla glaserade fönster. Sovrummet är på baksidan av byggnaden, så väldigt tyst. Högsta kvalitet madrass (New 2018)
På andra våningen i en liten gammal stadsbyggnad 10 meter från Porte Fausse, erbjuder lägenheten utsikt över den pittoreska rue de la boucherie på den ena sidan och den nya staden Place Massena och kullarna å andra sidan. Bara 2 minuter från marknaden Cours Saleya och stranden.

the perfect location; the perfect flat

The property is neat, clean, very efficient and super cute. It has balconies overlooking the park/underground river and is a 5 minute walk from some of the best attractions in the old town, like Finnoccio's.

The stay was perfect. Best location in Nice. Steps from Old Town, directly infront of the TRAM. The place was 10/10. We had a small issue on day one that was resolved within hours with the hosts. We will be back and recommending to friends!

Good place close to everything

Stayed there for Ironman Worlds and it was a great location. Very clean and has everything you need. Stairs are pretty tricky with luggage and the bakery or one of the businesses would sit below bedroom window and have loud conversations pretty much every night/morning, but other than that it is a great place.

Hübsche zentrale Altstadtwohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Nizza. Durch die zentrale Lage ist der Geräuschpegel eher hoch, auch in der Nacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und modern, sie ist mit allem ausgestattet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was perfect and within easy walking distance to tourist attractions. Located next to the tram route and many restaurants nearby. The apartment had mostly everything we needed but could have used a dish cloth and dish towel to help with kitchen clean up. The bedroom is small and not much room to move between the wall and the end of the bed but a very comfortable mattress.

Perfect apartment for a summer getaway

Thoughtful, comfortable and a great location are the first words that come to mind when describing the apartment. Steps away from great food, drink and shopping, and about a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We had a perfect week in Nice! The only caution is that if you have mobility issues, the stairs may be a challenge. We had no problem with them.

Terrific Location

My partner and I spent a week in this beautiful, bright and cozy old town apartment. Location is perfect, just five minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to Massena, 5 minutes to Garibaldi. Close to tram stop to easily reach the train station. Free coffee pods provided to enjoy on the stunning balconies. Had an issue with hot water on our first day which the host promptly responded to and provided a solution for. Can’t recommend enough!

Lovely

First of all, Mike, the manager, was fabulous! Everything was excellent especially enjoying the little balcony in the morning and later in the evening. Nicely located near everything to include public transportation. Surprisingly quiet at night for sleeping. Lovely fresh fish and market up the way in alming distance. Would we stay there again? YES!🎼🤩

Quick and easy to get anywhere

It was such a great location to be able to walk and explore Nice easily. Short walks to museums, cathedrals, trains and public transportation, and ~10min walk to the promenade. There’s a lovely homemade pasta shop nearby that made it so easy to have a delicious meal cooked in the apartment. It is pretty central, so you get to hear a lot of the night life in the evenings. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of utensils and amenities, and the balcony was nice to sit out with a glass of wine or coffee. Would highly recommend.

Cozy Apartment in Old Town Nice

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The washer/dryer was very handy, though I had to download the operating manual. If you're from Europe, you may be familiar with the machine. It's location was ideal, adjacent to the old town. There were many good restaurants nearby. The sea promenade was close by. In addition, two tram stations were located on either side of the apartment. Unfortunately, the previous renters broke the air conditioner. We tried opening the window to get a breeze, but the city noise made it difficult. The manager was very responsive. All in all, it met our needs for the week.

A Perfect Stay in Nice

We loved this property. The location was perfect - an easy walk to old town, the promenade, and sights of Nice. Both left and right of the apartment are tram stations. From Cathedral - Vieille Ville it was about an eight minute ride to the train station - perfect for our day trips! The apartment was clean and has everything you need, we especially appreciated the washing machine. The shower took a little while to run hot but the pressure was great. The bedroom is a small space (if that matters to you) but the bed is comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The balcony was lovely to enjoy breakfast on and a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment sits across from a beautiful, large green space with children’s play park; it was lovely to watch the families enjoy it. We had a snag with the keys (100% our fault) and our host was understanding, kind, and promptly helped us resolve the issue. He kept in good contact with us and we very much appreciated every effort he made. Do not hesitate to book this property for your stay in beautiful Nice!!!

Beautiful Apartment for two

The apartment is in a perfect location for Vieille Ville (old town), overlooking the Promenade du Paillon and within a 2 minute walk of the Cathédrale – Vieille Ville tram stop. The apartment was perfect for a couple, which a choice of 2 balconies to relax on and watch the world go by and the most comfortable bed I think we’ve ever had in a holiday apartment. There was minimal hanging space but a huge amount of storage in the chest of drawers in the lounge. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Loved that there were towels for the beach as we always forget. The Nespresso machine is a lovely touch for people who can’t start the day without a coffee 😉 Yes you will get some noise from outside on the weekend nights, but it’s a vibrant area of Nice and this being our 7th visit we were well prepared and it didn’t bother us at all. Val was friendly, responsive, and accommodating when we had a query about our bags. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay in great city

Great location, right on street car and bus lines. Next to old town and a few blocks from Promanade des Anglais. Could be noisy if windows open but quite sound proof with them closed. Lots of kitchen implements, an oven as well as microwave and 4 burner stove. We have dietary restrictions so cooked in most nights, but also lots of nearby cafes and restaurants for evenings you want to eat out. Long park across the street. 2 little balconies with comfortable chairs, though a bit noisy. Can eat at table inside or on balcony. Luxurious towels! Things that could improve. Sharpen the knives. Give instructions for clothes washer, microwave and heaters. We did muddle through, but… Add a stool to access the microwave and top shelves…very high. Laundry only washes, and drying is on a clothesline out the window. Not great if it rains a lot. Though there is a nearby laundromat. No elevator, but that was clearly indicated when we booked it. We both got very fit on those stairs! Generally a lovely stay in a great city.

Un séjour mémorable à Nice

L’appartement était parfait pour moi et mon épouse. La cuisine était fonctionnelle avec tous les appareils nécessaires pour préparer les repas, nous avons même utilisé la laveuse à linge sans aucun problème. Nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner sur le balcon qui a la petite table bistro à tous les jours et pris notre apéritif sur le deuxième bacon avec les chaises style « lounge » en fin de chaque après-midi, quel bonheur... L’emplacement de l’appartement est génial, avec la vue sur la Coulée Verte et aussi l’accès au Vieux Nice en 15 secondes via la Porte Fausse. Les cours Saleya sont à deux minutes à pied, la mer et la Promenade des Anglais à 4 minutes elles aussi. Nous avons utilisé le transport publique (Tram, Bus) sans problème pour nos déplacements à l’intérieur de Nice et pour aller visiter Monaco et Eze Village. Même s’il y a du bruit venant du Boulevard Jean Jaurès, le silence est de retour à l’intérieur aussitôt que l’on ferme les portes vitrées, et vous pouvez dormir en paix. Pour faciliter notre sommeil nous avons utilisé à quelques reprises le système de climatisation qui a très bien fait le boulot. L’appartement était propre et bien rangé. Nous avons apprécié les serviettes de plages et le sac qui étaient à notre disposition. Mike et Valérie étaient très rapides à répondre à nos questions et à nous donner de l’information avant et pendant notre séjour. Séjour mémorable, endroit à retourner. Merci Valérie et Mike!
