  • Denna rymliga lägenhet ligger på klipporna i det berömda Mont Boron-berget, Cap de Nice på östra sidan av Nice. Lägenheten "hänger" över klippan och erbjuder fantastisk utsikt från alla rum över Medelhavet, från fyren i VilleFranche till Nice-kusten hela vägen till Antibes. Lägenheten har två sovrum med dubbelsängar. Den stora coola loungen vetter mot en 30 meter stor terrass och en liten trädgård. The property is spacious, well-equipped, and offers stunning views. Pam is very professional, responsive, and an excellent communicator, which made the overall experience much easier. The apartment is conveniently located around 10 minutes by car from the city centre, with a Carrefour just a 5-minute walk away. There are a few areas that could be improved. The air-conditioning system would benefit from some servicing and attention. Accessing the apartment was also a little challenging, as we had to carry our luggage up several stairs. The entrance leading to the elevator is somewhat awkward and could also use some attention. That said, once you arrive at the apartment and enjoy the beautiful space and views, you quickly forget about the initial hassle. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfort, space, and location of the property.

It’s a really nice apartment.We had everything we needed. The only thing you need to be aware of is there are many stairs and a very small elevator.Great view! Walk to grocery store. Old nice is a long walk.

Great appartement with great sea views ! Amazing large windows in each room of the appartement, which make it very bright. We enjoyed as much the area as the appartement. We will come back ! Supermarket and bus stop very close by, so we spent one week without need of a car. Quite a lot of stairs to arrive at the appartement but fully manageable. Arriving/leaving procedure went very smoothly with Pam.

The apartment was a wonderful space for a week getaway. Wonderful view at the sea through all windows, equipped comfortably and with style. All you need to feel comfortable. Pam was very friendly and supportive to our questions. Very happy to return during our next November Nice week

Very nice, clean accommodations equipt with everything you would need for an extended stay. Having a large market walking distance was wonderful. Quick uber down to the main area.

Amazing spot to visit Nice

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property. The photos do not do it justice - it’s better! The views are incredible, the location is perfect and quiet. Pam was amazing to deal with and gave us some good tips on how to get around. We loved staying here.

Stunning property, excellent stay

We were very happy with our accommodations and would return in a heartbeat. The property is beautiful from the glorious patio overlooking the sea to the comfortable furniture to the well supplied kitchen. The location was ideal, enabling us to take advantage of public transit for many many outings. One of the best holiday rentals we’ve experienced.

Beautiful property. Close enough to downtown for a nice walk but far enough to feel disconnected if desired. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

We had everything we could have possibly needed. The view is incredible and the apartment is airy, clean and spacious! Grocery store and transit were less than 5 minute walk and local bus took about 10-15 minutes to get to Nice. Mme Demacon is fast to respond and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment and views were well worth the stairs.

Truly the best vacation place we have ever stayed.

Everything about this place is perfect! The Location, cleanliness, space, amenities, the host Pam is fabulous! We did not want to leave after five days. Waking up to those views every day is incredible. One day we even cancelled plans and stayed at the property all day!

Amazing Stay in Nice!

Location is everything and this place is anazing. The place is well equipped and the views are unbelievable. Close to grocery store and has a garage for your car. It does has a lot of stairs to get up to place, so pack light.

Pretty and relaxing

Beautiful scenery from this property. Great location, we walked to nice and cap ferrat, the coastal walk is stunning. Pam was great with check in, I did read about the stairs to get up to the property from the street level and that wasn’t a big deal. Prettier than the pictures in the ad

Exceptional apartment

We can safely say that, having been staying in various places in Nice over the past 10 years, this apartment was by far the best place ever. Well-equipped, finely furnished, very well kept with excellent management support from Pam. And the view!
