Denna rymliga lägenhet ligger på klipporna i det berömda Mont Boron-berget, Cap de Nice på östra sidan av Nice. Lägenheten "hänger" över klippan och erbjuder fantastisk utsikt från alla rum över Medelhavet, från fyren i VilleFranche till Nice-kusten hela vägen till Antibes. Lägenheten har två sovrum med dubbelsängar. Den stora coola loungen vetter mot en 30 meter stor terrass och en liten trädgård. Det fullt utrustade köket är öppen planlösning till matplatsen med sittplatser 8 och ser ut till den bekväma loungen med satellit-tv, DVD osv. Unik för den här egenskapen är en privat hiss till gatunivå där du kan gå till stranden eller staden med pålitliga bussförbindelser i båda riktningarna.

Perfekt semester!

Verkligen ett fint boende, bilderna stämmer exakt! Vackert, rent och utsikten otrolig! Pam välkomnade oss trevligt och var mycket hjälpsam. Inga restauranger i närheten, men det visste vi ju, vi tog bussen in till Nice och till hamnen promenerade vi, där fanns trevliga restauranger. Många trappor utomhus till lägenheten, bra motion, men kanske inget för dom som har svårt röra på sig eller familjer med småbarn. Men för oss två vuxna damer inga problem , och vi hoppas återkomma till detta vackra ställe!

Stunning views and cozy flat

We stayed for two weeks and we enjoyed every minute of it! Stunning views from all rooms and very nice atmosphere inside and outside like a beautiful dream. We did the cooking at home and we found all we needed the supermarket is nearby 5 minutes walk! We really recommend it to everybody apart from people who have disabilities is walking. There is a lift but you need to manage to go up and down some stairs too. There was no problem for us we just loved climbing and getting some exercise the views are really great. Thank you Pam you helped us out and showed us around we really loved to meet you ❤️

Our stay was delightful. Pam our host went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The views are awesome, and the garden/patio area is the perfect spot to unwind with a book, a glass of wine, and those views of Nice, the sea, and Cap Ferrat. While technically the home is an apartment, it feels more like a standalone bungalow with the layout, the garden/patio area and the views. We never heard any sounds from our neighbours. It is very private. The location is ideal. We went for a daily morning walk for 30 minutes behind the complex, up a modest hill to the Sentier des Agaves, with a walk through a lightly forested area around the point to a life-affirming display of the sunrise over Cap Ferrat, something my wife and I will never forget. And there is a great 30-minute walk down to the Nice port and Old Town, mostly along the sea - where you can watch the inspired swimmers, even in mid-January. A tremendous vacation home, highly recommended!

We had everything we could have possibly needed. The view is incredible and the apartment is airy, clean and spacious! Grocery store and transit were less than 5 minute walk and local bus took about 10-15 minutes to get to Nice. Mme Demacon is fast to respond and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment and views were well worth the stairs.

Villa de rêve au bord de ma mer

Nous avons choisi cette villa paisible au bord de la mer pour visiter la Côte d’Azur. Le Tramway ou le métro est accessible à moins de 30 minutes de marche ou 12 minutes en bus sur le boulevard Maurice Maeterlinck.notre hôtesse nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de la villa. Elle est très bien équipée. Beaucoup de luminosité dans cet appartement.les deux chambres sont très confortables.

Wonderful apartment with spectacular view

Extremely well equipped apartment with almost 180 degrees view of the ocean. Excellent reception by host who explained all the features of the place. You have to be prepared to ess as lj some steps or take a tiny elevator for two people max. ( no luggage). Parking is free in garage. Very good bus connection into Nice and Villefranche. Walking to Nice is longer than suggested on the website.The walk to Villefranchealong the coast is recommended.

The best location and view around

As expected, the view from the apartment was amazing and really makes this place very special. The apartment itself is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. Sehr schönes, individuelles und stilvolles Apartment als Teil eines mondänen Gebäudeensembles in der Mitte zwischen Nizza und Villefranche-sur-mer hoch über der Küstenstraße, die man kaum hört. Traumhafter Blick über ein paar Häuser auf die Weite des Meeres. Strände sind ein paar Minuten entfernt, Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt sind sehr nah. Es gibt einen Gasgrill auf der Terrasse. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und umfassend. Man ist für sich allein und kann dort wunderbar entspannen.

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The photos are accurate. Views are indeed amazing and the apartment is comfortable and had what we needed. It's a bit out of the center of Nice. It was away from the Nice crowds which we appreciated but we needed a car to get around. The most convenient way to access the apartment is by stairs rather than the elevator. For some people, this might not be desirable. The elevator is available, but it only accommodates two people at a time.

Incredible Views and Best of Nice!

This apartment was the perfect home base for our visit to Nice and the Côte d'Azur! I will just say up front though, you must be able to walk/ climb a lot of stairs. There are two elevators to take but they also require some steps. But the view is worth it! The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice big kitchen and living space - the bedrooms and the living space have these incredible huge windows that look out over the ocean. We enjoyed morning coffee watching not just all of the activity on the sea - from large cruise liners to elegant sail boats to kayakers, but also the planes coming and going from Nice airport. There is a charming lighthouse included in the view, as well. The place is air conditioned and comes furnished with very nice dishware. There is also a grill which we took advantage of and a nice little garden to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. There is a parking spot included. The walk to Nice is about 20-25mins, no problem. Plus, there is a large Carrefour grocery store just 4 minutes away for all of your grocery needs. Also, where a lot of places in Nice can be quite noisy, we didn't hear anything. Location-wise, we were able to drive easily to the towns up and down the coast. While WiFi is included, it didn't work while we were there. We were only two people, but it would very comfortably fit at least 4 people. I really recommend this lovely and well-situated place for your Nice vacation!

Very Hard to Leave

We were so very fortunate to have found these beautiful accommodations in Nice overlooking the Mediterranean. How wonderful it was with the incredible view, the location, and the best hostess ever; Pam - who was a text away with any question we had. Do not for a second get intimidated when others talk about getting up to the accommodations from street level - it is so very easy - we used the stairs on many occasions and the lift when we needed it for luggage. Super secure place that (as mentioned) is well situated. We walked to the harbour and the other way to the beaches of Villefranche. Also the bus service is top notch and inexpensive as well. A car port is provided at street level and our vehicle did not move from there for the entire week. There is a Carrefour grocery store 3 minute walk to take care of all your grocery and beverage needs. This place is not to be missed, and we will be back for even a longer period next time. I absolutely cannot say enough about Pam and these accommodations!! Thanks Pam!!!
