Property was clean and photos accurate. Fine print should have been read more properly and distance to Old Town was further than anticipated. The host has very clear and was perfectly organized with directions on key retrieval, location entry, and departure info. That was Excellent. N&J has their act together on communication. Couple of items to note:- very limited toiletry supplies and very poor quality - towels are paper thin- listing says AC, but it is actually only in one room - no AC in the bedroom area. Fan provided was a blessing. - no info on how to dispose of trash and recycle (please add for future guests)- shower is super small and awkwardly designed, but great water pressure.- lighting in bathroom was a mystery, we never found any switch to operate the vanity lighting.- need small tables in the living area to sit drinks, snacks, iPad…etc…- need something to place luggage on- love the blackout blinds- door was a little difficult to unlock - locking door was easy- great location (7 min walk) to access Niceville train Station- great value overall- I would have people enter at 44 vs 26 as this is closest to Elevator A and easier to navigate- 1030AM to return keys is so early - extension to 11AM would be more guest friendly - we did enjoy the property
