BLUE OCEAN is a large studio ideally located in the heart of the Golden Square of Nice a few seconds walk from the Promenade des Anglais and beaches.

In a modern style including beautiful decorative elements, it is equipped to allow you to enjoy your stay.



The apartment has a terrace with sea view allowing you to fully enjoy your meals outdoors.



It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it has a free WIFI (fiber optic) and air conditioning.

With smart TV you can access your Netflix account in addition to hundreds of channels available.



You will stay a few seconds from the pedestrian area and find all the shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher ...), restaurants and shops.

In just a few minutes you can reach Place Masséna and Old Nice to enjoy the Cour Saleya market or to eat local specialties such as Socca.



BLUE OCEAN is composed as follows:

The terrace with sea view and a green roof has a table and 2 chairs to be pleasantly installed.



LIVING ROOM :

The living room has a comfortable double bed, a sofa, a smart TV (with Netflix), a coffee table, a dining table and many cupboards.

There is also a safe and air conditioning.



KITCHEN:

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.



BATHROOM :

The bathroom has a nice shower, a towel hook, a hairdryer and a toilet.

There is also a washer dryer.

Great apartment in perfect location

Really great little studio apartment that cannot be beaten for its location. Steps from the beach and great restaurants and bars in the pedestrian zone. Balcony is such a bonus! Some beach towels would have been very useful.

Spacious & well equipped studio apartment in an excellent location!

Loved the facilities, location, and great balcony for people watching. WiFi, aircon (only occasionally required), TV, and washing machine all worked well. Would like to stay here again! Mattress on bed was a bit soft and we needed more pillows. Some of the kitchenware wasn’t washed properly however this was easily sorted.

Wonderful holiday again in the best location of Nice

This was our third time in the blue Ocean studio and we enjoyed it again like the years before. Keep on going. Also the Service from the Nestor & Jeeves Team is excellent. We will come back.

The perfect base for a break in Nice

This is a very well appointed studio flat metres from the Baie des Anges (of which it has a balcony view). It is a short stroll in one direction to the Old Town and in the other to the Negresco and the Villa Massena. It is surrounded by a huge range of restaurants and bars and offers easy access to buses, trams and the railway station (for a short hop to Monaco, Cannes or Menton). There is a small but more than adequate supermarket five minutes walk away and one of the nicest beach restaurants/bar/lounger area at the end of the road. The letting managers are super-efficient. Could not have liked it more.

good choice for staying in Nice

good location, under 100 m close to the sea, between the famous promenade des anglais and the main walking street rue de france, with many shops and restaurants a good french restaurant "la table de nathalie" just across the street, that we recommend for dinner small studio but well organized, an open space apartament, with balcony well equiped with all amenities - for a longer stay it lacks enough toilet paper, shower gel and body lotion, washing machine detergent - - for self cattering it lacks some basic needs. that you have to buy yourself on arrival (salt, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash can and plastic bags. etc.) - all in all it is a good choice for staying in Nice - cleaning the dust on all surfaces (not only on the floor) and also the balcony - - providing, according to the lenght of stay, at least, enough toilet paper (that you can not buy one or two rolls) -

Wonderful holiday near the best scenery of Nice

Everything was great like the years before We had a problem with the safe. We closed it with our money inside without changing the Safe number. We called for help over the N&J app and even on a Sunday somebody came and opened the Safe. Thanks again for that. We will come back. Keep the Service just like it is Keep the Service just like it is

A cosy and stylish studio in the best location

I loved the apartment overall. The location is amazing, the apartment has all the necessities and is very well designed. Also, the balcony is fantastic. Everything was truly great and I would love to stay there again.
