“My husband and I stayed in this property for 13 nights. The beach was a .2 mile/5 minute walk. The town square was about a 1/2 mile walk. The property, inside, and outside was very clean. Publix grocery store and CVS were a very short 3 minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. We had our car, but a car is not needed at this place. The unit was one of four in a small complex located in the midst of a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Had great communication with host. Was a little unsure how to open the gate. Would be nice if a few things were offered - laundry detergent, laundry bag, salt and pepper shakers, extra pillows. Couple of issues - rods with no curtains or need to replace blinds, shower door is off the track, and have an ant problem. Would be nice if it had a hot plate since there is only a microwave and small fridge.”

“The location was great. It was less than a five minute walk to the beach and there were plenty of stores/restaurants within walking distance.The rental property was disappointing. When we arrived the smell of bleach/cleaning product was overpowering. The linens on the bed were stained and old. We needed to ask for more towels, only two sets of towels were there for two adults for a five night stay. The furniture was bare minimum and very uncomfortable.”

“Studio apartment clean but used too much bleach so smell was pretty bad causing our eyes and throat irritation upon check in. Reached out to rental agency with no response. Location amazing, apt as described in listing. Difficult to cook or use toaster as it set off the fire alarm maybe b/c of the size. Still made it work and had an enjoyable stay!”
