86 degrees is not a vacation

Last day Saturday the a/c went out. Unable to get anyone to fix. No adjusted bill for the inconvenience. Plugs over sinks were not to code. Ceiling fan in living room wobbled and made too much noise when going in the proper direction. No shade at the pool. Large wall scar in living room. Would not recommend

The place overall was good except minor things like TV remotes not working, some ants and the noise from above us kids ran throughout the house all though the night.

Property needs TLC. Furniture was broken. Microwave was broken.

Good location with nice views and convenient beach access. The master bedroom only had two flat pillows. Two bar chairs were broken. The patio could use higher quality furniture. One of these chairs was also broken. Living room furnishings were comfortable.

Mother Daughter Vacation

Overall vacation stay was terrific. This property just needed some minor maintenence. The dining set of chairs not sturdy. The bar stools falling apart. The door handle on the sliding door nearly falling off. Should've packed an Allen wrench. Food debris left in the warming drawer of the oven. The chain lock falling off the front door d/t screws barely in the wall. Smoke alarm batteries needed replaced. Woke us up in the night . Our 5 year old really frightened. Loved the location. Met some great people. The beach is beautiful. Would love to stay again.

Dirty and things needed fixed

Chek in process was easy. Upon arrival... there was a hole in the wall behind the door, the rug in the tv room was gross, a bed spread was stained/dirty (all over), dining room chairs are dirty and stained, dark marks all over the floor in one bedroom, pantry has peeled paint and looks like it needs remodeled, there was something splashed on the wall in the bedroom... very disappointed with the place. We left once we found another clean place to stay. Property managers were nice but they never got back to us, we had to call them more than once. We were then told we’d be receiving a credit, not a refund. Very very unhappy.

The beach is great!

The place was nice. Great location, just a very short walk to the beach. The condo was nice. Not the cleanest, but the place fit our family of 5 perfectly. The deck was great with limited but nice views of the Gulf. The kitchen has everything you need, and the living room is spacious. I’d definitely, and look forward to staying again in the future!

Family Memories Completed

This was the first time in a long time since I had a chance to spend quality time with my family even with the construction the stay was great. I would definitely stay again my grown sons and their families.

Good location, but noisy

This is an older unit and is very loud. We were awakened early each morning by the sound of children running in the condo above us. The bed in the master bedroom was Very uncomfortable as were the twin beds, and Mold and mildew were on the shower curtains. In addition, the parking is inadequate. It is nearly impossible to fit a full size truck or SUV into the spaces. We had a good trip overall with beautiful weather, but we would not choose to stay here again.

Fun beach stay

Great condo. We enjoyed staying here! When we got in the bed for the first time the sheets already had sand on them. I called 2 times to see about early check in and the wait was 60 minutes long. But other than that it was great. Spacious, close to beach, and has a salt water pool

On the beach

An ant problem in kitchen. Might be something inherent in Florida. Don't know. Everything was great until last day. Washing machine quit. Something in timer.

Do not stay here!

The beach wonderful the condo however was not. The condo was very dirty upon arrival. Stains on the furniture and comforters in bedrooms. The rug and floor were dirty. Stains and chipped paint on walls. The dressers where broken and unsteady. The air vents where dirty and had what appeared to be mold. Water stain on ceiling in dining area. Broken blinds in all rooms. Patio furniture was broken. Pictures online are deceptive to what is actually there. Someone entered the condo for maintenance without our knowledge. The list could go on. Obviously the reality management and owner do care about the upkeep of this condo as previous reviews state the same things as above. Only wish the reviews would of been seen before we booked. Even left a day early because we could not sleep on the awful beds one more night.

Enjoyed it! Rooms were large and roomy and clean. The location was great!

Didn't like that the sliding doors didn't have working locks. Couldn't even get one of the doors open. The dresser in the twin beds room had knobs missing and the bottom drawer was broke.

We had a wonderful stay in Orange Beach at Seascape and we would do it again!

The set up was perfect for our family. It was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the fact that the balcony was separate from the bedrooms, so when the kids slept we could sit out there and talk. We would just recommend some black out curtains for the front 2 bedrooms. The sun rises early. Thank you for having us.

Nasty - Will Never Stay Here Again

Filthy floors and carpets. Blinds in bedroom broken so bad that people on sidewalk can look in. Mold on the air vents. Return air vent in hall bent out and very dangerous. Sliding doors do not close all way so they do not lock either. There were big pieces of wood to put in the bottom to keep from opening from outside. Bed sheets and covers had stains. Big ball of lint from dryer was actually in the cover. Hair and lint on floors. Inside furniture nasty and was very uncomfortable. Chipped off paint from railing outside all over the porch. Patio table was busted in the center and the high back chair ripped so you could not sit in. Called to get the place cleaned a couple of times and just got the run around. Said it had been cleaned but it was NASTY!!!! Called about the blinds because anyone outside could look into the bedroom. Said they would have it fixed immediately but NOT. We had to duct tape a sheet over the window for privacy. We stayed because we drove 10 hours to get there and had paid a whole lot of money before the trip. This place is terrible!!!!!!!!! Have done some digging and found out that there have been previous problems with this one also and they had the same problems we did. I am trying to get in touch with the owner/realtor to discusee this, but it is very hard to get past the "telemarketing" line. And if anyone would like to contact me, I HAVE PICTURES to prove it. This place should rent for about $50 a night!!!!!!!! And I forgot, so much dust and dirt you don't even want to turn the ceiling fans on!!!
