“A lovely well equipped old Balboa Island cottage. Tastefully furnished. The bathroom is downstairs whereas the two bedrooms are upstairs. The location is near the main streets on the Island - Marine Ave and Park Ave. I would prefer to stay again at the quieter end of the Island Near the Ferry. ”

“Me and my family love this beach cottage! We had rented it back in 2018 and had a great time so we returned this year and will return again in the future. The cottage is right on the sand, 2 blocks down from the boardwalk, so you can easily walk or ride a bike to get to the pier or any of the many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were: 1. The owner showed up and walked right into the apartment, where my daughter and grand children were getting ready for lunch, without knocking or...
