Den 1 januari 1993 gillade min nu fru och jag vårt första datum tillsammans på Disneyland i CA. Snabbspolning 25 år senare, och vi köpte ett fritidshus som är 3 varv och bara några minuter (mindre än 2 mil) till World Drive-rampen, ingången till Walt Disney World. Våra tidigaste minnen började tillsammans med Disney, och vi fortsätter att göra fler av dem här i Florida, med Disney!

Så vi trodde att vi kanske skulle dela vårt hem med andra när vi inte använder det. Vi vill hjälpa dig att göra några minnen också, men utan de orimliga hotellpriserna. Varför betala flera hundratals per natt för ett enkelrum, när du kan ha ett helt hus för en bråkdel av kostnaden, allt medan du är närmare parkerna än de flesta hotell ?? !!! Så det gjorde vi! Sedan det första köpet har vi hyrt ut vårt hem. Vad vi dock hittade är att det bokar upp så snabbt, att vi ofta har kunnat använda det när vi behövde det! Tja, vår granne tvärs över gatan bestämde sig för att sälja deras, så vi beslutade att köpa det också! Nu har vi två! Båda våra hem är radhus med 3 sovrum och i en av de närmaste och nyaste samhällena till Walt Disney World.

Detta radhus byggdes 2006 och renoverades 2018. Nästan ALLT är nytt sedan september! Ny färg, nya sovrumsmöbler / sängkläder, nya madrasser (köpta medelstora företag med tillägg med 3 ”Cool Breeze Memory Support Madrass Topper - så att du kan njuta av mjukt eller fast när du anländer), nytt vardagsrum (inklusive New Queen Memory skum soffasovare ), Nytt kök, mikrovågsugn och disk, nya Internet aktiverade 4K Ultra (stora skärmar) / LED-TV i varje rum (med DirecTV Now, HBO, Disney Channel och olika andra barnkanaler), etc. Detta radhus är verkligen underhållsfritt. Här erbjuds utöver bilder är också video av hela huset. Det du ser är exakt vad du får, så det finns inga överraskningar (förutom när vi lägger till ännu mer och nytt !!).

Vi är visserligen nya på detta. Vi är inte ett företag. Dessa är våra personliga fritidshus och andra bostäder. Vi ber dig att behandla våra hem med stor kärlek och omsorg, precis som vi skulle göra ditt. Om vi har missat något, skicka oss ett meddelande så försöker vi göra det rätt och förbättra det för dig om möjligt, och om inte omedelbart, för nästa gång. The condo was a perfect fit for my family of five. The location was excellent and the rental was easy to get to. The townhouse was spacious, well laid out, and had a cute Disney theme. The owners were readily available when we had questions and issues. A baby gate was provided upstairs, which was awesome as we had a toddler with us, but I do wish there was a second gate for downstairs so we didn’t have to keep moving it. An umbrella stroller was provided as well. The beds were very comfortable, which was a nice surprise in a rental, and the Disney books in the kids room were a nice touch. The house itself was well stocked with all the essentials and lots of extras like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper, a crock pot, child size plastic plates/cups/bowls/silverware, clothes hangers, and laundry soap. However, I do have a couple of suggestions: the two skillets need to be replaced, a set of mixing bowls is needed for food prep, plastic instead of glass cups for adults, small trash cans in the bedrooms, and the kitchen and bathrooms need hand towels. All in all, this rental had everything we needed and had lots of unexpected items included as well. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely book it for our future Disney trips.

We truly loved our stay. The location is fantastic. The rooms are large and we loved the amenities. So much thought has been put into making sure our stay was complete and we had what we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Overall a great property, easy to get into and out of and close to Disney and only 25-30 mins to Universal. Only issue we had was the guest bathroom shower could have been a little cleaner and there needs to be a new shower liner with each new guest but otherwise the townhouse was very clean and neat. Very easy to contact owners. Would def stay here again!!

This home was a nice size for our party of five adults. We chose this place because we thought the seating arrangement for five people would be more comfortable for visiting, the nice decor, and the great location. The living room is a little tight and the couch is not the most comfortable but everything else about the space is great. The kitchen and dining area are pretty spacious. The beds are pretty comfortable. A good amount of hangers were provided which was nice. Walmart is super close but super busy. We went there several times but next time we will probably go to the Publix that is a little further away. Close and easy access to the amusement parks is a big plus. For the kitchen we would recommend more bowls, coffee cups, smaller plates, regular size spoons for cereal and such, and a cookie sheet. Kitchen towels and dish cloths would also be appreciated. For the bathrooms we would recommend more than one hand towel per bathroom. The host provided a few starter supplies which is always a nice touch. The home owners were very responsive and very receptive to feedback. At the end of our stay we let the them know that the cleaning people could do a little bit better job and they were grateful for the feedback We also let them know that there were a couple of lights burned out in the kitchen and they promptly had somebody come and replace them. Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend this place.

Loved the locations proximity to Disneyworld and the airport. The neighborhood felt safe and was overall quiet. The townhome has everything you need for the house, but Walmart is very close for anything else you would need. I appreciated the abikity to check in early, and the locks were easy to use. I will stay here in the future!

We really cannot praise this property and the owners enough. The property itself was exceptionally clean. The rooms are all themed perfectly. The bedrooms are all spacious. There is plenty of storage whether it is dressers or closets. Two full bathrooms upstairs, and a very convenient half bath downstairs. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and storage. The dining area is huge! The fridge was very large and has an ice maker with access on the door. The living room is decorated with Disney decor, and plenty of reading material for the amusement parks. The wifi was great! There are smart TVs in the bedrooms and the living room. We were able to stream our beloved Braves games flawlessly. The parking was literally like 5 steps from the front door making unpacking and packing the car super easy. The unit was stocked with all the necessities, and was set up perfectly for our family of 6. Driving to Walt Disney World was extremely easy. Just as the name says…right, left, right. It was a breeze driving to/from the parks each day. Additionally, this unit is within a few minutes drive to tons of shopping and restaurants. There is a Walmart less than a mile away. The communication with the property owners was outstanding. The day before we were to arrive, hurricane Ian made landfall in the Central Florida area. The owners kept us up to date on conditions and what to expect. We are thrilled that we chose this property for our 9 day vacation, and we will absolutely be using this property for all of our future travels to Orlando. If you are considering this property, we cannot recommend it enough. It’s a great choice.

This was our second stay here and we loved it! The condo is beautiful and comfortable! We enjoy the location (closer than some Disney Hotels!!) As well as having all the space for less than a Value Hotel. If you get a chance to stay here you should take it.
