In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.



Our 80 m2 fully renovated apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 8 people for a comfortable Parisian stay.



It is provided with Wifi, hair dryer, electric heaters, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and TV .



Our accommodation is located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, in a magnificent Haussmannian style building.





As soon as you enter, the paintings of Coco Chanel and Champagne will immerse you in a typically Parisian atmosphere!



You will love to relax on the sofas in the living room or in the dining area to chat with your friends or family , sharing a snack or a glass of wine after a hectic day in the capital.



The open space kitchen is perfectly equipped (fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle).



The sober and modern bedrooms have excellent quality bedding for a perfect sleep.



Concerning its location, you will be simply in the heart of Paris, near the best attractions, museums, bars and restaurants that the capital can offer you.



The Montorgueil district, where we are located, is full of little designer stores, fabulous bakeries,and charming gourmet boutiques



Montorgueil Street is a pedestrian way, very lively and picturesque, and you will find there some of the best Paris food.

For exemple, Stohrer is the oldest pastry shop in Paris. It was established in 1730, and was the official supplier of the royal court.

All the pastries and the chocolates are excellent and you have to try some of them, to decide on what you love the most!



How about walking to the Louvre, the Georges Pompidou Museum, Les Halles, the Opera or the Grands Boulevards in just 15 minutes r?

A credit card deposit in the amount of 750 to 1000 € will be requested at the agency on the day of your arrival, and will be given directly to the owner for the duration of your stay.

48 hours after your departure, it will be charged, or not, by the owner, in the event of holidays, or general non-compliance with the regulations.





We offer you FREE access to our Urban flat in Paris gym, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 (50 meters from your apartment) and open every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.



To access it, please come to our agency 9 rue du caire at 75002, to reserve your time slot in advance.



Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
