- Two practical bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. (1 bathroom with shower & 1 with bathtub)
- 2 confortables WC, one in the bathroom, one separate from the bathroom

Eiffel Tower : 8-minute walk.
Trocadero : less than 8 minutes on foot.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris's must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, the Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and, of course, the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.
