From your entry into the place, you will be charmed by this Haussmannian building, so typically Parisian with its mouldings and magnificent porch, which once hosted horse-drawn carriages.

Despite the building loaded with history, our superb apartment is very modern and will be ideal to welcome up to 11 people for a comfortable stay and lovely stay in Paris.It is provided with Wifi, hair dryer, electric heaters, kettle, toaster and TV.





In the open space kitchen you will find a refrigerator, a microwave,an oven, a freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, a toaster and a kettle, that is all you need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family highly appreciated after a crazy day in the capital .





Our gorgeous apartment is located on the right side of the river bank, in the 4th Borough Council of Paris, the historic Marais, in a lively neighborhood district, close to all shops and amenities.



A short walk, will take you to the the magnificient Place des Vosges, and within a 15-minute walk, from the island of St-Louis Island, one can see the Notre Dame and the Bastille.



The tourist tax is applicable



ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited there and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without compensation and on the spot, and collection of the deposit automatically. No noise tolerated.

For all reservation during new years, a deposit of 1500 euros will be requested



Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
