    Sumptuous new 3-bedroom flat with 3 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned.Elegant, spacious, quality furniture and bedding, professionally decorated, my flat is located in the heart of the capital. Halfway between the Marais, Beaubourg, rue Montorgueil and Place des Victoires, you are surrounded by trendy cafés and restaurants. It's the ideal place for a successful stay with family or friends.

If you stay here you will be very pleased. The place is clean, very convenient and the management team was fantastic. The metro to all the museums and tower is around the corner.

Bonjour! Our party of four women had the most amazing time in Paris. This apartment was perfect, comfortable and in a great location and a very safe, beautiful neighborhood. The communication was excellent with the owners and they always replied quickly. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a vacation to Paris.

Four "senior" adults much enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would thoroughly recommend it for any age group. It is very well located and despite being pretty central it is incredibly quiet. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the linen of a high quality.One thing to point out is that all 3 bedrooms are en suite but only one has a toilet. The other 2 bedrooms share a separate toilet which is down near the front door. It was fine for us but perhaps that should be noted. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay!

Nice big apartment, just one floor up a winding but not-too-narrow staircase, away from street noise and with good cross-ventilation. The bedrooms were nicely sized, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the big dining table and plenty of chairs for our family with two parents and three adult children. The bathroom setup was different than I had expected from the description: one bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with toilet, sinks and shower. The other bedrooms have en suite *bath* rooms with sink and shower but no toilet. The second toilet in the apartment is just a toilet and sink (in American parlance a powder room) along the passage from the front door. The apartment's location at the north end of the 3rd arrondissement is convenient to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and vintage shops, plus multiple Metro lines, making it possible to get almost anywhere in Paris on one transfer.

Great Location, secure apartment

The pictures were accurate and the location was wonderful. We were within walking distance of the Louvre, great cafes, shopping, and a market across the street. We had issues with the wifi and the owner was very responsive . I would stay here again.

Paris with adult kids

This was the perfect location and space for myself, husband two adult kids and significant others. We all had our own space with plenty of room to gather. AC was a HUGE plus and there are sooo many great cafes near by. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was just as photographed. Modern and had everything we needed. The location is great. Stores, cafes, restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an easy check in and were able to get into the apartment early (I understand this is not always possible, but worked out for us). We were offered a place to bring our luggage if the apartment wasn't ready. Someone walked us to the flat and let us in. All the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We had lots of space with six adults and a two year old. The crib provided was great too!

The pictures are accurate. The apartment was spacious for all 6 adults and so elegantly designed. The sitting area was so nice to hang out in after a long day of exploring. The apartment was quiet as it is set back from the street. The location was great and close to metro stations. Communications with the hosts was great. We loved staying here.

The only things I would take issue with is 1) theToilet situation. There are only two toilets in the apartment, not three as the listing states. One of the toilets is in the master bedroom so that basically left one toilet to be shared by 4 adults. Less than ideal. 2) The apartment is on the second floor, not on the first floor as the listing states. Hard to climb that one flight of stairs with 100 lbs of ski equipment

No, the host was not available and unresponsive. It was only after I called VRBO that I got a response from the host. The place itself was good. If I hadn’t had WiFi issues, I would not have had to interact with the host and would have had a better experience

Christmas in Paris

We had a wonderful stay and property was just as advertised. The flat provided lots of welcoming space for our family to spend time together including mealtime. Easy walking to everything you need as well as multiple Metro stops minutes away. It provided a great home base for our 10 day adventure in Paris over the holidays!

Stay here!

Our family of 7 including 4 teenagers had the very best stay. It was new, clean and so close to the Metro that allowed us to tour the city very easily. There was someone to meet us at check in and they were always quick to answer every question. They even helped us set up a private driver to and from the airport and for an additional fee we were able to check in early. We would stay here again.
