Amazing

This was the perfect location for our time away and the space was wonderful. There were four in our group, with more family staying in other places. The apartment was just the right spot for hosting. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Our visit to this apartment was fabulous. The host made everything very easy and the photos are accurate. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location can’t be beat!

Close Proximity to transport, the Seine, shopping and attractions . Apartment with a lift ( a bonus in Paris). Incredibly quiet and very safe. Contact with owner was simple.

Can’t beat the location of this cute Paris apartment. We received great communication from owner and got the warmest welcome & orientation to ‘our’ neighborhood. Highly recommend this place!!

5 Weeks in Paris

Nice apartment near Eiffel Tower. Owner easy to work with. Was home base for us while visiting other parts of Europe including three nights in England. Plenty of space and WiFi was excellent while I worked part of the time.

We just returned from a delightful stay at Christophe'sapartment in the 7th A. It is a wonderful neighborhood with everything you need within walking distance.The apartment is beautifully appointed and so comfortable.I can recommend this apartment 100%. Hope to come back!

Our family of 6 adults and a toddler enjoyed our stay in this well appointed apartment. It was the perfect location; the Seine was just minutes away, restaurants, grocery shopping and the Rue Cler were all accessible with short walks, and of course, the Eiffel Tower was right around the corner. Our landlord was easy to reach and very accommodating. We would be happy to stay here again. I have already recommended the apartment to a friend!

Beautiful apartment in perfect location, literally across the street from the Eiffel Tower, in the beautiful 7th arrondissement. Wonderful restaurants everywhere, all within easy walking distance from the apartment. Rue Cler is one of our favorite pedestrian zones & local market, with all the delicious French foods at your fingertips. Christophe, our landlord was prompt, answered any questions, and was charming in explaining the neighborhood. He has a very good detailed handbook about the neighborhood, if you need it. I would definitely book it again, although try not to go when there is not a heatwave on each day over 100 degrees!!!! The bright spot was everyone was out and about on all nights enjoying the Parisian life, especially on the Champ de Mars. Merci Beaucoup pour un sejour formidable. Nicole, USA

Wonderful Location and stay for a family

This property is fabulous; not to mention charming in its decor - you truly feel like you are staying in Paris but have all the upgrades (including washer and dryer). Very spacious for 4 guests (we had 3 adults and one infant/toddler). The proximity to major attractions and the metro as well as restaurants and boutiques was wonderful. You can see the Eifel Tower from one of the apartment windows!

Excellent location

We were right across the street from the Eiffel Tower and a amazing bistro was right downstairs outside of this project. It was a beautiful apartment. My only complaint is that access to the master bedroom toilet is through the hall so you don't get as much privacy as you would like, but other than that, everything was amazing.

Perfect Spot In Paris

This was the perfect location in Paris for our first family trip. Just one block from the Eiffel Tower and across the street from the now instagram famous Rue de I'Universite street. We were able to grab tourist free photos early morning since we were so close. Our family of 5 walked everywhere from here and we were close to the Metro, river and more. The pizza place next door was amazing, Peppo...something like that. The blue awning, not the red. The apartment had everything we needed. Enough room and check out was easy.

Fantastic

The apartment was exactly as shown. The location was perfect. We felt safe in the neighborhood at all times. Christophe had left a booklet with restaurant advise including those that should be avoided as well as those that were highly rated. Public transportation is with in walking distance and will take you where you want to go. We rate this at the top
