    Beautiful 3 bedroom appartement in paris in the 3 floor with elevator in a typical Parisian building.

    1 bedroom: double bed in 160 with brand new comfortable bedding. Little office for work and a lot of space to range clothing or other belongings.

    2 bedroom: double bed in 160 with brand new comfortable bedding !

    3 bedroom: double bed in 140 with brand new comfortable bedding.

    Fast Wifi ( 500 mbs + )

    Smart tv with Netflix, prime video and Disney +

    Refurbished bathroom with Italian shower with a lot of pressure.

    Refurbished fully equipped kitchen for those who fancy cooking. Dish washer, washing machine and dryer.

The location, in the heart of the 5th arrondissement within walkable distance of the Latin Quarter and close to public transportation, is exceptional. The apartment is quite spacious and bright. However, the cleanliness and amenities were subpar to the price paid. The cleaning crew was still in the apartment when we checked in, the bedsheets and decorative pillows were stained, the door handles were wobbly, the freezer had not been cleaned, and the AC and fans were inefficient and noisy. The communication with the rental agency was rather poor; they kept sending automated emails requesting feedback, but it took 2 to 3 attempts to receive an actual response to our feedback, including coordinating for check-in and check-out.
