Un très joli appartement entre le premier et deuxième étage du bâtiment (un peu difficile de trouver l’appartement exact)La propriétaire nous a attendu et a bien expliqué tous qu’il faut. C’est son propre habitation je crois- donc tous ses biens restent dans l’appartement.Un très bon quartier - 5 ieme arrondissement - la rue est tranquille, mais près des magasins individuels et beaucoup de très bons restaurants.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci Samira.

Truly the most perfect stay for a girls trip! Let me start out with our host was the most lovely human ever!! Greeted us upon arrival allowing us to place our bags before starting our first adventure! Offering us information about the area and more. This apartment is in a wonderful part of Paris, steps away from the fabulous Rue Mouffetard market street, full of both shops and restaurants of every kind, and within easy walking distance of many of Paris' beloved left bank attractions such as Notre Dame cathedral, the Pantheon and the Jardin de Luxumbourg. We had a few challenges that were largely our fault as non-Europeans, such as the door code and coffee maker, but quickly resolved those with Samira our host, who could not have been more attentive and helpful. We were there in winter, and so could not take advantage of the balcony, which would be lovely in other seasons. If you stay there, do try the nearby restaurant Le Petit Bal Perdu. All in all, a cozy and comfortable stay in a fabulous location.

The best part about this property was the location! The Latin quarter had a lot to offer and gave a true Parisian feel. The cafes and markets were lovely to stroll around at night and early morning. It was also close to the bus and metro making it easy to get to other parts of Paris. This apartment is very lived in. It seemed as if the host just left when it was time for us to check in. The floors were dirty as well as the shower, and there were no clear instructions on how to not get water all over the floor since there are no doors. I noticed mouse droppings a few different places then saw the mouse run across the kitchen counter the following morning. The host did bring traps when notified but it just left a bad overall feel after noticing the uncleanliness from the beginning. If you’re looking for a place to stay in a great neighborhood and can deal with a little dirt then this is your spot!

Initial entrance to building not very attractive.the apartment was warm and inviting, but the loft bed was a bit difficult to maneuver. You to be VERY careful not to bump head. Well equipped with everything you needed for a stay.Balcony was small but pleasant for two people to sit and have a coffee or afternoon wine, etcVery convenient to bus, metro, and and any shopping needed!!

Great location in the LQ. Samira was helpful, very responsive, and accommodating. Knows the area very well and provided good recommendations for places to eat. As another reviewer said, staying here is a very Parisian experience. Couple things to be aware of: Apartment is on the smallish side but nothing crazy. Bathroom is laid out a bit differently - sink and shower in one room, toilet across the apartment in its own separate (very small) room. And the place is very lived in -- lots of books, crammed with other things. But we just used it mainly for sleeping as we wsere gone most all the days.

We enjoyed the charm of the apartment as it felt like we were experiencing the true Parisian way of living. It rained during our visit and our sons enjoyed watching the storm in the roof window upstairs. The apartment is also very close to great restaurants, markets, bakeries, and attractions! And we found Samira to be very responsive and kind.

Cute apartment, excellent location

This was a beautiful apartment tucked away in a quiet part of town. The apartment had everything we needed from comfortable beds, a coffee maker for the morning, and fans to keep cool on the hotter days.The location is excellent, though it took us a minute to find it. Easy access to busses and the metro just a couple blocks away. Rue Mouffetard is just around the corner with many cute shops and restaurants.The hosts were kind and accommodating and responsive to communication through the VRBO app. I would definitely stay here again if my family and I find our way to Paris in the future.

Nice Location but a lot of other issues.

Overall, I would not stay here again. It was very small for 5 people and I would not recommend any more than 4. Pros•Nice location, close to markets, grocery and restaurants•Not too far from the metro•Nice balcony, with lovely plants. •Beds were comfortableCons•Dirty. Floors and bedside shelf dirty and stained. There was hair in the shower as well. •She lives here. We felt very uncomfortable when we realized that this was her home and that she was leaving while we were there. The whole stay felt awkward.•The glass in the shower to keep the water off the floor was too small and despite adjusting the shower head it was difficult not to get water on the floor. She did tell me where I could get more towels and mats to mop up the water. •The shower had mold in the grout and on the ceiling. •The blinds in the bedroom were opaque and let in a lot of light. When the sun is up early it’s impossible to sleep in.•Very little check in instructions about what to do once you got there. •The loft space is very little headroom, if you are a little bit tall you will not be able to stand up straight. •Limited space to plug in charges, with a family of 5 and all our phones and batteries and tablets we struggled for enough plug ins.

Awesome area, great stay for a couple!

You can’t get any more local than this. 3 minute walk to subway. Great place to walk around, Notre Dame within a walkable distance. But older adults need to be aware that stairs to 2nd floor apartment are super narrow and steep! Bathroom accommodations can be a little awkward, bathroom is in the bedroom.

Living in style on the left bank

I fully expected to enjoy my visit to Paris. All of my friends who visited had good things to say about it. But I am sure that my visit was greatly benefited by my stay in these fine premises. In the first place they are exceptionally well located, a little more than one block from Marche Mouffetard. There you can get anything you might wish to eat. There is a fish-monger, a butcher shop, a liquor store, a wine shop, plenty of green grocers, a really excellent bakery and many places to eat. It could not be more convenient. It is 4 blocks away from a metro stop. Many apartments in Paris tend to be tiny. We found this one to be perfectly adequate. We were not constantly running into each other. My wife liked to sit out on the balcony in the quiet of the morning. Although it is so close to everything, it was not noisy. Although the kitchen is small, it has everything you are likely to need. The hostess was exceptionally kind and gracious. When our flight arrived earlier than anticipated, she was kind enough to let us enter early. When we had trouble with the coffee maker, she sent her niece who not only fixed it but left us some coffee to use. It is hard to imagine a kinder or more accommodating hostess.If the future is kind enough to allow me to visit Paris again, this is where I will stay.
