With a surface area of 33 m², this rental comprises :

- a comfortable lounge and dining area,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bedroom with 140 cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- TV, Wifi, Games for all ages, Books,
- Radiators, Smoke detectors, Hangers.

There is no private parking.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.
