Large, spacious, practical and comfortable apartment, with tasteful decoration, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
It is composed of a large equipped kitchen, a dining area and a generous living room on the ground floor. These spaces are air-conditioned.
Upstairs, it has 3 double bedrooms, with storage, a relaxation/reading area and a bathroom.

Great Spot in Paris... BUT the Construction and Safety

We stayed at Vincent's property during our time in Paris as part of a family European vacation - myself, my wife, and our three sons (17, 15, 11).From a location perspective, this is a great spot. Room-wise, it was good for our family - three bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and one full bathroom.Two problems:1. There is a single AC unit on the bottom floor (not where the bedrooms are). This is to be expected for most of Europe, but in Paris in the middle of summer, that means you need to be able to open the windows in order for the bedrooms to have any breeze/coolness to sleep... which leads to...2. There is active construction on the front of the building, where two of the three bedrooms face. This was not disclosed.The first night we all go to sleep with our windows open and fans going to get the temperatures somewhat acceptable in the bedrooms. That next morning, my wife and I wake up to our 17-year-old in our room with a construction worker (who entered his room through the open wiindow!). My son is doing everything he can to manage the language barrier with this grown man who literally walked into his room and began yelling at him in French about needing to open the shutters in our room (which we had closed because the windows were open).I am thankful that my 17 year old, six foot plus son was the one who picked that room. I couldn't imagine if it had been my 11 year old, or if we had younger/female children.Don't stay here if that's your family.

Good apartment for family in Paris

My husband and two teens stayed for 4 nights in the summer. The apartment is in a family friendly neighborhood about a 20-30 minute metro ride from most tourist attractions. The metro station is steps away. We had an amazing meal at local bistro, Jeanette. It was clean and worked well for us. The owner was very communicative. It is important to note the air conditioner is a unit on the first floor (very common in Europe) and all the bedrooms are on the second floor. Due to construction on the building, the scaffolding prevented much air from circulating upstairs, however each bedroom had a fan, which was helpful. Overall, it worked well for our family.

Very nice house !

Very spatious appartment in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, the metro was right next to the appartment, about 20 mins to get to the center of the city. Only problem was that maintenance work is being done around the block and we could not open the shutters as there were workers and scaffolds all around !All in all a positive experience !

Die Ferienwohnung war etwas außerhalb gelegen, die Umgebung war dennoch sehr einladend. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und war unterstützend.

This was our home away from home for our 5 nights in Paris. It is located farther out of the city but it is right around the corner from the metro station. It's on a busy street and the family member who slept on the ground floor had to wear earplugs because of the sidewalk traffic right outside the door. There was some construction on the front of the building going on so the entrance and all windows were covered up with scaffolding and there were workers actively working. I would check with owners about the status of the construction because it did cause a few problems getting in/out of the apartment. The rooms were all large and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were responsive with questions/issues we had during our stay. If you want space to spread out and don't mind a little longer commute to main attractions, then this would be a great place to stay.

My family had such a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic and loved being so close to the metro, grocery, cafes, and restaurants. Thank you for setting up transportation from the airport and meeting us at the apartment upon arrival.

Family Christmas Vacation

Overall great experience. Communication was good with property owner. Apt was spacious for a family of 6. We opted for the car service from and to the airport which was exceptional but additional, it was so worth it though. Metro was close and easily accessible. The restaurants and markets near by were a plus.

Excelent choice

Everything was great ! The apartment was just fine for 7 guest taking into account that you will be out of the apartment the most part of the day since the only probable disadvantage is that there is only one toilet .

Patis Stay

Overall this was a nice place. Plenty of room and close to the metro. It was about a 30 min subway ride to the Eiffel tower and the Louvre. The unit was clean. Host required we met them in person at checkin which was a little hassle after a long flight but they wanted to show us how to lock up when we left which was understandable. All the bedrooms and the only bathroom are upstairs, and the only minisplit AC is downstairs so it was pretty warm at night. There were plug in fans but it didnt help much. It would probably be fine if it wasnt July. Also its on a very busy noisy street. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location. Great host.

Clean and well equipped. Fairly big space. Very close to the metro (less than 2 min walk to station). Close enough to major sites via metro, yet in a neighbourhood where people actually live. Area is beautiful, and close to great food. Would happily stay again. Host was wonderful, and allowed us to drop off our bags a little early. Would recommend.

Grand appartement, bel emplacement

Notre séjour à Paris était très confortable. Trois très grandes chambres avec rangement pour défaire les valises, et grande salle de bain. La communication avec Vincent était très rapide, et il a été accomodant. L'emplacement est très bien, à 1 minute du métro, près des épiceries, boulangeries et restaurants. Juste à côté du parc de la villette et du canal sait-martin. Parfait pour une famille aved des enfants!
