Our apartment is located in a residential area less than 5 minutes from metro stations and bus stops, allowing you easy access to different areas of the capital. We are also close to the Eiffel Tower (30 minutes walk), the walks along the Seine but also the Parc des Princes (15 minutes walk) and Rolland Garros (25 minutes walk). Nearby, you will also find a very wide variety of French and international restaurants of good level, but also shops of all kinds.
The apartment located on the 4th floor with elevator overlooks an interior courtyard with trees, so you will hear the birds singing in the morning. It is well equipped for your comfort: wifi, flat screen TV,
microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator and freezer of good size. For your meals and breakfasts, you will have the choice between several spaces of your choice
