The apartment is in a very pleasant part of central Paris, close to the river and near to most tourist sites. The Metro is just around the corner. As previous reviews have said, there are a few steps to get up to the apartment (86 to be precise!) but no trouble really. Annie was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. All in all we had a lovely stay.

The apartment is awesome and Annie is a treasure. Check in was easy, it was very quiet at night, and the city was super accessible on foot and through the metro. Would certainly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Paris, especially if you are on a tight schedule and want something central to all the major sights.The shower was a bit of a tight squeeze (I’m 6’5” and made it work, but any taller would be real tough).

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment to be a great value thanks to its excellent location near restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The space is simple, clean, and functional, with a washing machine, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The host is attentive and maintains clear house rules, so it’s helpful to review the provided information before arrival. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is accessed via a spiral staircase. This Vrbo is a good option for travelers looking for a well-located and affordable place to stay.

The host, Annie, is lovely and very obliging. The flat is wonderfully bright. The four flights are not to be sneezed at, and the stairwell is unattractive. The bedding could use an upgrade.

A very charming period building in the heart of St Germain Des Pres. Our host was very gracious; they met us upon arrival and helped with wrangling our luggage up to the 4th floor.

What a Fantastic location and a very well equipped place to stay. It was so quiet, top floor helps..but you pay for that. 200 year old building with a few quirks, and lots of stairs that look scarier than they are. The host was responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Easy to get to anywhere in Paris in about 15 minutes. A very comfortable sleep in an excellent location with the best host. Would not hesitate to come back. !!

A perfect spot in a perfect location. What a great experience just wandering around the area of Saint Germaine and the West Bank. Short walk to all the landmarks. And Annie was fantastic. Great communications. Highly recommend!

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed, some noise at night, Annie was very friendly and helpful, shower was good, but very narrow where the head comes out of the wall, although the listing outlined the four flights of stairs it was challenging for us in our 70’s and in good shape, bed was very comfortable, closet was great, large and easy access, nice treats as a welcome, kitchen was good and the espresso machine was super, really on the fence if I would rent again due only to the stairs

This apartment was exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Paris. It has one good sized room with a big window, so there is lots of light and air. It also has a very nice bathroom and a more than adequate little kitchen. The apartment faces onto an inner courtyard, so it is quiet, with just enough church bell sounds to give it atmosphere. The apartment's location is perfect, just steps away from St.Germain des Pres and the nearest metro stop, in what looks like one of the poshest neighborhoods in Paris.Annie is a wonderful hostess. She gave me the grand tour and showed me how everything worked. She pointed me towards the closest grocery store and left a list of recommended locale restaurants. Later in my stay she took me out for tea and listened to my dreadful French for an hour. In other words, she was the soul of kindness, and I can't wait to stay with her again.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as described - comfortable, with everything you need to launch your Paris adventure. We spent most of our time exploring the city from this ideal location to then come home in the evening to a comfortable bed, kitchenette, and a quiet place to relax. Annie was communicative, accommodating and loaded with suggestions. It was especially helpful to have assistance with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Thank you Annie!

You Will Love It

The apartment was everything I had hoped for. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and although it looks expensive, I found even the nicest places I ate at were affordable. Annie, the hostess, is more than willing to help with anything you need. She is a charming and proud French woman who sincerely wants you to Paris!

This was probably the most comfortable studio I've ever stayed in Paris. The water was hot, the walk in closet let me put all my luggage and clothes out of sight, I could cook and do laundry, and it had a shower/tub combo. It is 4 flights of stairs, but this is Paris, and Annie taking the luggage upstairs and down via a separate elevator was much appt. I have had to drag luggage up stairs before at other places, and was very glad she was able to do that at check in and check out. Also Annie was lovely, helpful and very responsive. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. And the location was very central!

Time in Paris

Annie was very helpful and welcoming during my stay. She was there to answer any of my questions about The Metro, the neighborhood and Paris in general. She loved sharing her city with me! I will DEFINITELY stay here again! Merci beaucoup, Annie :)
