The Space:

This beautiful Parisian one bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a prestige bourgeois building with elevator and concierge, as well as a video surveillance system.



The apartment is quite spacious (68m2) and is furnished with beautiful antique pieces of furniture throughout and parquet floor in all rooms except for the kitchen and bathroom.

The premises come with decorative fireplaces, moldings on the walls and ceilings that convey the unique Parisian flair of living.



The kitchen is well-equipped with among other amenities a dishwasher and oven and the bathroom features a large shower and toilet.



The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed, a big armoire and a decorative fireplace.



As for the living and dining room, they are partly separated for more space. The living space comes with a very comfortable and easy to use double sofabed, armchairs, a flatscreen tv. The dining area also features an office area. The decorative fireplace and high speed Internet complete this gorgeous rental.



All rooms have windows, are courtside and thus offer calm and quiet after a hectic day of exploring and shopping. The street the apartment is located on is also residential and quiet but you are only minutes



away from supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants on l'Avenue des Ternes and the world famous Champs Elysées.



The nearest métro station is Argentine. There are several bus stops and self bike rental stations in the immediate vicinity.



You are in easy walking distance to monuments, such as the splendid Arc de Triomphe, many entertainment venues and museums, as well as countless shopping boutiques and well-known fashion designers. You are also close to La Défense which makes it the perfect location to mix business and pleasure. This is the Paris that never sleeps!
