Charming Small: Ideal for solo or duo travelers, a brand-new, fully equipped 9-square-meter studio on the 7th floor (with elevator), available for a few days as a base to explore Paris, with the option to cook upon request and relax. Secure, central, trendy location right on Boulevard Saint-Germain. Self-check-in and instant booking are available on the same day. I perform a thorough cleaning between guests to ensure everything is in perfect condition. All amenities included: AC, Wi-Fi, elevator, hair dryer, washing machines...

The space you are about to book is one of a series of five small apartments I own in central Paris.

It features a blend of modern touches and historical charm in a typical 19th-century Haussmann-style building, with a stunning view over the Paris rooftops—including the Pantheon—from the large, brand-new window.

The studio is located on the top floor; take the elevator to the 6th floor, then climb one flight of stairs to the 7th floor.

The entire studio is available to my guests.
- It features a queen-size bed (new mattress and two pillows).
- A fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave/grill, a stove, pots, pans, and plates, etc.
- A fully equipped bathroom with a sink, a toilet, and an Italian-style shower
- Clean sheets and towels.
- Wi-Fi/AC/heater/TV/iron and ironing board/hair dryer...

With a large window, you can enjoy the great view of the Pantheon. In winter, there’s a good heater, and in summer, the same unit serves as air conditioning (though temperatures are mild).

My studio features all modern amenities with attention to detail and all the necessary equipment you’ll need to enjoy your stay.

Here is an FAQ about the apartment; I hope it helps you get a better idea of what to expect during your stay with me

1. What is the rental process?
Just select your dates and the number of guests, then complete the booking

2. What would the total cost be for renting your place during specific dates?
It depends on what you select when you complete the booking (the price should be displayed once you’ve selected the dates and number of guests, etc., on the apartment’s booking page). (See #1).

3. Is there a security deposit? If so, how much is it?
Yes, there is. You pay it to Airbnb, and they refund it to you 2 days after you check out of the apartment if everything goes smoothly.
I’ve never had a problem before, and all of my guests have received their deposit back. The deposit is 200€.

4. Would it accommodate two people?
Definitely. It’s perfect for a few days.

5. Do you have Internet access?
Yes. There is Wi-Fi access. It’s very fast.

6. Is this a secure building?
It’s a very safe building.
First of all, it’s a very safe neighborhood.
The building entrance requires a code to get in.

7. What time do we have to check in and check out?
Please note that check-in and check-out times are set because cleaning must be done between stays before the next guests arrive. However, we can arrange for early check-in and late check-out.

8. Are you close to public transportation?
Very close.
Maubert station is right next to the studio.

9. Are there grocery stores or cafés near your place?
If you’re arriving on Sundays or legal holidays, since this is Paris, all stores are open late.
There’s everything you could possibly want nearby.
There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

10. Is parking available?
Yes.

11. Do you have a washing machine?
Both a washing machine and a dryer are provided in the studio.

12. Is there anything we should know about your place?
It’s cozy, right in the center, and next to all the landmarks. In short, it’s the perfect base for a wonderful Paris experience!
