Property Details:

This 70-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric kettle, sink, toaster, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, drip coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machine for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



Both bedrooms are street-facing and are furnished with queen beds with a high-quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two bathrooms accessible via the hallway with showers, toilets and sink, equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled right in the heart of Paris’s elegant 8th Arrondissement, this location places you just steps from the stunning Église de la Madeleine—a must-see for lovers of architecture and history. The neighborhood blends Parisian charm with convenience and prestige. Just a short stroll away lies the world-famous Champs-Élysées, one of the most iconic shopping avenues in the world. Here, you can browse luxury boutiques like Louis Vuitton and Chanel, or indulge your sweet tooth with delicate macarons from Ladurée. Continue along the avenue and you’ll reach the majestic Arc de Triomphe, where panoramic views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower await from the top. Within walking distance, you’ll also find cultural treasures like the Petit Palais and the Grand Palais de la Découverte, both architectural and artistic gems of the city. A few minutes in the other direction takes you to the Place de la Concorde, a historic square that anchors the city’s classical layout and grandeur.

Dining options abound all around the apartment: from classic French bistros and cozy brasseries to Michelin-starred restaurants and casual cafés where you can grab a quick sandwich. A local supermarket is also just around the corner, making it easy to prepare your own meals in the kitchen. With its close proximity to the Métro Miromesnil (Lines 9 & 13) or Bus Stop Miromesnil - Matignon (Bus 28, 32, and 52), accessing other areas of the Paris is extremely easy.

Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
