Beautiful realization for this 106 sqm apartment, entirely renovated, on the 1st floor without lift, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a few steps from the Place des Vosges.





It is composed of :







  • A huge living room with 2 large sofas and 2 seats, a small table, a bookcase,, very bright thanks to the 2 large French windows.


  • A dining room with table for 6 or 8 people, on the courtyard.


  • A kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, hotplates, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and cooking utensils needed.


  • A first bedroom with a queen size bed of 160 x 200cm and dressing.


  • Ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer.


  • A second living room with TV and sofa that turns into a bed for 2 people.


  • Second bedroom with a queen size bed of 160 x 200cm and dressing.


  • Second bathroom with shower and washing machine.


  • Separate toilet






The apartment has air conditining.





The linen is provided (sheets and towels). The apartment has an iron and ironing board.





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Stay here to be in the heart of Paris! Easy walk to metro, restaurants and even a cafe and Boulangerie about 100 feet away. Fantastic and immediate communications with property management.

Great rental

So I leave real reviews because we travel a lot and my staying at locations depends on others reviewsThis location is fantastic- so many places to walk for dinner. Thomas met us to let us in and he was fantastic- very accommodating to our changing schedule- we were early in from the states and were able to get in.The pluses are beautiful architecture- great beams and ceiling heights. Showers have great pressure and ample hot water! Thermostats worked great place was very toasty! Kitchen fully stocked although we were on vacation- not cookingDownside- bathrooms have no ventilation whatsoever- so be careful who drops a bomb where - the one bathroom is right off the kitchen.I do like that that one bathroom and toilet are separate.Tv is in 3rd bedroom only - so a kid gets to enjoy it on a pull out bed. WiFi does not work in upper 3rd bedroom.Bring ALL toiletries- none supplied.The separation of bedrooms to sides of apartment make it nice for parents one side - kids another.Would stay again.

Fantastic Apartment

My adult daughters and I stayed here for a week in November. The location is great - few minutes walk to multiple metro stations and the Place des Vognes. Lots of great restaurants close by. The apartment is large, well appointed and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

Near Louvre. You are in the center of the city Washer Dryer TV. Completely modern. Upgraded kitchen. 2 spa bathrooms. Safe and quiet.

Great apartment in Paris!

Great renovated apartment! Pictures matched perfectly. The host walked us thru the apartment and explained appliances etc. We were a family of four. 2 elders with us. They manage to go up the stairs without problems. From a first floor to a second floor. We walk from this location to the Louve and also got on the river taxi boat - Metro stations close by as well. This location is close to a Main Street, full of restaurants, coffee shops etc. The place was quiet, elegant and we highly recommended. They do ask for a big security deposit on site. Considering how beautiful the property is it makes sense that they want to protected it from damage etc. We used Amex for the deposit with no problems. I would totally come back and stay at this property.

Amazing Place

We loved this apartment! Spacious and the perfect location. We had a food tour which ended up grabbing food very close to the apartment, which was really fun. We ended up going back to all the places and made a picnic dinner. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay - highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Paris and we had an amazing trip. Our host was super helpful and greeted us upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless and had all of the amenities we needed and lots of room to sleep and spread out. The apartment has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer (a bit confusing to operate - so be patient) and Air Conditioning/Heat in each room (Just make sure you know how to operate it - snowflake means cool, sunshine means heat). The apartment was located on a nice private street next to a school and close walking distance to transportation, great restaurants, coffee and local markets. We would absolutely stay here again!

Friends getaway

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the space. It was very pretty and comfortable. The location was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and basic food items….coffee etc. Also, the location is very close to a school which is loud in the mornings. Bring earplugs.

Lovely visit in Paris

We loved our stay, especially because of the air conditioning during a hot spell. Enjoyed the open and large Iiving area. We would have appreciated written instructions about checking out and operating washing machine. We did receive responses to any questions we had. Loved the neighborhood and our little corner restaurant. Most of all, we love Paris!

Great location and size for a VRBO in Paris

The location for the apt was a great spot in Paris, with easy access to the metro and tons of shops and cafes. The apt itself was clean, modern, and a great place for our family of 4. The property manager gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. We did get charged extra for arriving after 8pm (it was 8:15pm) due to our flight getting delayed, which was slightly annoying. The only issue we had with the VRBO was that the kitchen did not have any knives in it (besides butter knives) or cooking utensils besides a whisk and a soup ladel. There was not even a wine bottle opener. We reached out to the property manager but got no response. It's hard to cut cheese and bread (and open wine) without these things! We got creative and managed though. Overall it was a great place and I'd recommend it for sure.

Beautiful and Spacious apartment

What a beautiful apartment. High ceilings with floor to ceiling doors that opened up to the outside in the living room, dining room and TV room. The style is very modern with very nice furniture. We stayed for two weeks and this apartment really worked for us. In particular, it was very spacious with plenty of rooms to spread out. The two bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment so there was not a concern about noise to disturb the other couple. All the dishes, glasses, and cookware were brand new. There was a lot of closet space. The neighborhood had a lot of what we needed; restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores. The only negative (and reason for a 4 instead of a 5 rating) was that there is a school directly behind the apartment and the children are very loud. This was not a big issue for us, since we were up relatively early to get ready for that day's outings. We would stay here again.

This apartment is generous in size, well appointed and clean. Perfect for 2 couples or a family group. Our property manager was kind and responsive he went above and beyond! I will definitely stay here next time I visit Paris!
