Situated on the 10th floor with a lift, this newly renovated, spacious 30m2 studio apartment offers an incredible view of Paris and features a balcony. Located close to the Bastille and directly behind Place des Vosges, it provides convenient access to the vibrant Le Marais district, where you can explore a variety of restaurants and shops.

The studio has open living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living space includes a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a luxurious experience. Step onto the private balcony with seating areas to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the city.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals, complete with a stove, oven, and microwave. A designated dining area is also for enjoying meals with your loved ones.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials for your convenience, featuring a luxury Roman shower, a washer-dryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

First, residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district.

Don't miss the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its many bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, chicer towards Oberkampf. The neighbourhood is also affluent in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille Theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

But you can also enjoy the peace of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bréguet - Sabin (line 5), is just a 1-minute walk.

The metro station, Chemin Vert (line 8), is just a 3-minute walk.

The Bastille (line 1) metro station is just a 5-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
