The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight, which brightens up the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, a microwave, and a coffee machine.

The cozy bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and plenty of storage place for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Alésia metro station (line 4): 10 minutes walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
