The apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa and a three-seater dining area where you can eat your meals.

You can access the backyard through the living room, which is fully furnished with a table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air!

The kitchenette is fully equipped with the essential cookware and cutleries needed to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, a microwave and a toaster.

In the bright bedroom, you'll find a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Come and discover the 13th arrondissement! With its original urbanism, the neighbourhood is currently expressed in the project "Paris rive gauche", initiated with the construction of the national library of France, a symbolic place of the 13th arrondissement.

Let yourself be in awe of the Butte-aux-Cailles, a historic district in the city of Paris, where every time you look up, you will discover various kinds of drawings or messages on the walls of buildings. In the borough, the authorities have approved several wall paintings realized by international artists claiming street art.

In the evening, the Butte-aux-Cailles is lively, ideal for a meal or aperitif! How can we not talk about the 13th without mentioning its mythical Chinatown? Let yourself be surprised by the mixture of the culture of this famous district. Lively both day and night, this area is also ideal for shopping. It is one of the cheapest in Paris.

Many places in Paris are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple buses stops that service the area.
- The nearest train stop: "Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand" (Line 14), is just a 5-minute walk away.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
