The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster — allows you to easily prepare your meals. A cozy bedroom offers a true haven of rest, with all bed linens provided. The modern bathroom includes a shower. You’ll also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, a variety of entertainment options including cable TV and a stereo system, as well as a dining area for shared meals. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 20th-century building. Pass through the porch and enter the building's premises.

The apartment is located above a bar, which adds to the neighborhood’s lively atmosphere : a gentle background noise may be noticeable when the windows are open. Fortunately, the windows are very well insulated when closed, ensuring your comfort. It’s the perfect place to discover the city while being at the heart of its authentic atmosphere.



Getting Around:

104 Rue du Temple boasts an ideal location for getting around Paris. You’ll have easy access to public transportation with nearby metro stations (Lignes 1, 3, 5, 8, 11), allowing you to visit all the city’s points of interest. Additionally, the area is very pleasant to explore on foot.

Travel light and carefree: all household linens are included and set up for your arrival (bed, bath, and kitchen linens). Eco-certified welcome products are provided (hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion), along with essentials for the kitchen and laundry (sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products).
