Whether you're coming alone, as a couple, for leisure or work, you'll feel right at home in this charming, functional 30m2 apartment.
Just a stone's throw from the Belleville metro station and close to all amenities, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped apartment. The apartment has been designed to be as practical as possible, while providing the ideal comfort for your stay. You'll be able to relax on the sofa in the living room while taking advantage of high-quality wifi (fiber). The open-plan kitchen is also fully equipped and includes everything you need: microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, all the crockery and condiments you'll need. The bathroom has a nice shower, hairdryer and first-aid kit. In the evening, relax in the room's comfortable 2-seater bed. For added comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Note that the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, so it's a quiet little corner in the heart of Paris.
In a dynamic neighborhood close to all amenities, it's the ideal place to spend a few days in the capital.

You have access to the entire apartment.
If you come by public transport, the Belleville, Couronnes and Parmentier metro stations are a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
By car, parking is difficult and not free

Dynamic shopping district with all amenities. Numerous transport links (metro and bus) make it easy to get around Paris to all the tourist attractions. You're just 5 minutes from Belleville and 10 minutes from Place de la République.

The Belleville, Parmentier and Couronnes metro stations are 5 minutes from the apartment.

Non-smoking accommodation
Arrivals are autonomous and keys are to be collected from a shop located 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood

Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
