  • Exceptionellt läge: Rue de Rennes (hörn med rue du Vieux Colombier).
    Lägenheten ligger i en "gyllene triangel", på lika avstånd från Saint-Germain des Prés 'kyrka, Saint-Supice' kyrka och Bon Marché. Med sina livliga gator drar lägenheten nytta av många faciliteter precis nedför byggnaden (tunnelbanestation, buss, stormarknad) och ligger sex minuters gångavstånd från Luxemburgs trädgård.
    Luxury Residence: Lägenheten, vars yta är 90 kvadratmeter, består av två sovrum, ett stort vardagsrum / matsal, ett utrustat kök (ugn, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn), ett badrum (tvättmaskin och torktumlare) och separat vatten garderob. Det ligger på 3: e våningen (USA talar) med hiss, lätt och helt tyst (uteplats och trädgård). Det är en högstående lägenhet (typisk vedgolv, gjutning, fyrverkerier) med concierge som var föremål för en totalrenovering med ett integrerat luftkonditioneringssystem. När jag reser mycket, bekräfta tillgängligheten innan du bokar. Ingångsdörren är utrustad med en knappsats och säkerhetsvideo.

Great apartment in a great area. Very walkable to tons of stores, cafes and sites!Stayed with a family of 5. Was very comfortable. Laundry was helpful. Would stay again. Only complaint as others have said before were the noisy creaky wood floors.

Absolutely the best location. Steps from bus and metro lines. Superb shopping and restaurants. Charm of Old Paris. Kitchen is well stocked if you choose to eat in and dining area and sitting room comfortable to relax after a day of experiencing the great city of Paris. Would reserve again without hesitation.

Can’t recommend this place enough! The flat was clean, spacious, and one of the best-stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed in — especially the kitchen, which was thoughtfully stocked with oils, vinegars, spices, and coffee. It was so well-stocked we decided to stay in and cook one night and felt right at home! Just was important, we slept snugly and soundly, as the space is very quiet at night. We also really appreciated having both a washer and dryer which can be hard to come by.The flat is in a vibrant neighborhood and just across the street from the Saint-Sulpice Métro station, making it easy to get around Paris. The hosts were communicative and responsive, and they even welcomed us with champagne upon arrival. Très magnifique!

All good. Amazing location. Great building among fine shops and restaurants. Cannot understand, however, why you recommend Cassette as the cat’s pajamas when it is in fact average at best. Only negative: for 800 a night, I should not have to walk on eggs for an entire week to accommodate creaky floors and a cranky downstairs neighbor.

Perfect location! Easy to get everywhere. Carfour across the street which was nice. Cafe on the corner was perfect for quick bfast or lunch. Nice sheets, plush pillows, very spacious.

Wonderful property. Amazing location. Great host. The one thing I would mention is the floors are hard wood and very squeaky so it’s hard not to make noise when walking around. The neighbors below knocked on our door because our footsteps were loud even though we were being as quiet as possible. That was a little stressful. Otherwise, everything was great!

Excellent location. Good apartment for a family of four. Functional appliances/amenities in good condition (washer/dryer, shower, dishwasher, oven/stove, etc). Comfortable beds. One toilet in a separate room from the shower. Floors are VERY creaky due to age of the building (but even the wood floors are pretty). The apartment does not face the street but instead opens to two courtyards which provides privacy and a quiet stay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great location, close access to all the sights, metro and groceries across the street.Apartment was spacious and nicely appointed however several issues added to the rating.First, noise - the building is old and the floors are very loud and squeaky. Not a problem for most buildings, however, because they are wood, sounds travels easily. We travelled with our kids and had neighbours ask us to be more quiet when honestly we were just walking around.Second, no A/C and not enough fans. We were there during the recent heatwave and we had two stand up fans for the entire apartment when it was 40C outside, it wasn’t enough to keep us cool and we had to constantly move them around from room to room.Third, communication wasn’t amazing. We had no instructions for garbage, checking out and when I reached out to our host he never replied.Again great location but for the price I was disappointed in the end result.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in a perfect location in Paris. Frederic was so responsive to all my needs. Most of all the apartment is spacious modern and so clean…better than the pictures. I would definitely rent here again should I have the joy of returning to Paris.

This was my 4th time in Paris and I knew I wanted to stay in this arrondissement. This place was perfect for 2 older women: location, comfort, amenities and charm. The host was prompt with communication when I booked and also as our travel date approached. Eddie was there when we arrived to help with luggage and show us the apartment. Very soothing for relaxing after a day of exploring. The living room and dining room were spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. Good size bathroom with plenty of drawers for storing things. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were upgraded while the majority of the space retained its authenticity and charm. While we did not cook in the kitchen it had what we needed for enjoying prepared food we brought home. I always love a Nespresso machine but also made pressed coffee. The location was fantastic. The M4 metro is literally across the street and there were 2 others very close so we were able to get around the city easily. There is a small City grocery store in on the same block for the basics and a lovely Monoprix on the next block - great place for souvenirs. We were also to explore the Saint Germain neighborhood on foot easily.

Beautiful property. Great location. Easy check in. Shower was wonderful!! 2 adults stayed which was perfect. However I would not stay with kids, loud talkers or people who walk heavily. We whispered in the apt as we were trying to be respectful of the neighbors
