The accommodation is pleasant and includes:

_ An open kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals like at home.
_ A closed, comfortable bedroom with practical storage.
_ Separate toilet without sink (please use the kitchen sink instead), THE SHOWER IS NOT ON THIS LEVEL

A staircase with a minimum width of 55 cm and a maximum width of 70 cm leads us to the level below.

LEVEL -1
_ A second bedroom equipped with a double bed with furniture and storage cabinet
_ A shower room without a toilet. THE TOILETS ARE LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR.

You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. ## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
