Located in the heart of the historic Marais, this charming and fully equipped 500 sq ft (47 m²) apartment comfortably hosts two guests.
Set on the 2nd French floor (3rd US) of a classic 19th-century walk-up building, the apartment offers a practical and comfortable layout. The separate bedroom features a queen-size bed and windows overlooking a quiet green courtyard, providing a peaceful retreat after a day exploring Paris.
The bright living room faces the street and fills with natural light throughout the day. It offers a cozy sitting area where guests can relax before heading out for dinner or unwind afterward. A dining table for four provides a perfect space for breakfast, a casual meal, or a glass of wine in the evening.

Great Rental~ Don't Miss Out

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on opening day of the olympics 2024 and Ms. Aries waited for us to arrive in the pouring rain. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. The location was excellent and easy to get around all points of the Paris. The back bedroom is completly silent. Totally enjoyed and you will too.

Perfect Location!

I very much enjoyed stay in this cozy apartment on the Rue du Roi du Sicile. It had everything I needed to feel at home and I would gladly return next time in Paris. The most spectacular part is the location. One could not find a better situated property right in the heart of the Marais to launch daily visits of all that Paris has to offer. I recommend it highly! Loved it!

The property was great - right in the heart of Le Marais and easy access by metro or on foot to all major attractions and some great hidden spots as well. Lots of restaurants in the area and a great boulangerie/pâtisserie two doors down for your morning coffee and croissant fix. The property was clean and, for Paris, very spacious with a nice living area with sofa bed, separate toilet, kitchen (equipped with everything you need - we didn’t cook but there is a stove top + oven), large bedroom with lots of space for luggage and a comfortable bed, and a shower room with washer. The owner is a delight - very friendly and easy to get a hold of if you have any issues (we did not but he dropped by to make sure we had everything we needed). Check in was a breeze - we were met at the property at the designated time (actually we arrived early and the greeter was able to meet us right away) and were shown around, given the wifi code and an opportunity to ask any questions. It is a busy street - lots of cafes and restaurants- but with the windows closed, it was so quiet in the apartment. It was really hot outside (even though it was September) and although there is no AC, there were two fans provided. The property is up two flights of stairs and the stairs are typical of an old building but we managed to get luggage up and down with no issues. We felt very secure and safe in both the neighbourhood and the apartment itself. Thank you again for a great weeklong stay!

Charmante Altbauwohnung mitten im belebten Marais

Typische Pariser Wohnung. Kleine Küche, Mini-WC, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, alles funktional, mit Charme. Super gelegen, mitten im Marais. Am Abend viel Lärm von der Strasse/Cafés. Sonst ruhig.
