Located on the ground floor, this charming accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room. You will particularly appreciate its location in a lively neighborhood, at the heart of a unique Anglo-Norman style house, as well as its lovely brightness.

During your stay, you will have access to several amenities for your comfort: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, oven, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally situated near the “Lamarck - Caulaincourt” metro station and a Carrefour supermarket (4 minutes on foot) for your daily shopping.

Nearby attractions include: Montmartre Hill and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica (20 to 30 minutes on foot), Montmartre Cemetery (14 minutes), and the Dalida House (10 minutes).

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
