Welcome to our charming Paris apartment, ideally located just a few steps from Porte Maillot and the Champs-Élysées. Our modern, elegant apartment offers comfortable accommodation for four people, with two separate bedrooms for optimum privacy.

As you enter our apartment, you'll be immediately seduced by its warm atmosphere and top-of-the-range finishes. Every detail has been carefully thought out to offer you an unforgettable experience. Living spaces are spacious and bright, allowing you to relax after a busy day exploring the wonders of the City of Light.

Our modern facilities are state-of-the-art and designed to make your stay as convenient as possible. Take advantage of the high-speed Wi-Fi connection to stay connected, the flat-screen TV for your entertainment and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals. You'll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.

Both bedrooms have comfortable beds (1 queen-size and 1 double) and luxurious linens for a good night's sleep. The bathroom includes a bathtub and hairdryer :)
For your convenience, bed linen, towels, soap and shower gel are provided.

You have access to the whole apartment.
One room is closed off so we can store a few things.
If you come by car, parking is available in the streets around the apartment or in nearby parking lots.
By public transport, metro 1 and RER A (Porte Maillot) are a 5-minute walk away.

The location is simply unbeatable. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the famous Champs-Élysées, where you can stroll past luxury boutiques and quaint cafés. The proximity of Porte Maillot also facilitates access to public transport, allowing you to easily discover all the attractions Paris has to offer.

10 rue des Dardanelles is well served by these different modes of transport, all easily accessible on foot.

From Beauvais airport, there is a shuttle that drops you off directly at Porte Maillot, 100m from the apartment.
If you arrive from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle or Orly airports, take RER B to Châtelet - Les Halles, then metro line 1 towards La Défense to Porte Maillot. You will then be a few minutes walk from Rue des Dardanelles.

Please do not make noise in the common areas.
Parties are strictly prohibited, as are cigarettes and animals.
Please leave the accommodation in the same condition as when you arrived.
Arrival is completely independent thanks to a key box.
Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.
Be careful not to leave the apartment with the keys inside, or you will be locked out.
