The apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. The host was extremely responsive and helpful in assisting us with lots of trip details - which was great bc this was our first trip to Paris. The building was quiet, and in a superb location for all of the historical sites! There were tons of cute shops, and cafes close by, we were very close to the river, and could get over to the islands easily! Most importantly, the A/C worked great!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We are two couples and the apartment was set up nicely with a primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet, plus a 2nd bedroom with a full bathroom and toilet across the kitchen space. The building has an elevator to the unit on the 5th floor. Windows look out to a center courtyard and is bright and sunny. This also made for a very quiet stay - no street noise at all. The location is only a block from a Metro stop, and very close to Notre Dame and the Hotel de Ville. We would definitely stay here again.

A rating of 95 is warranted for this apartment. Tiny little things could be improved upon like making sure that the soap containers were filled and having paper towels in the kitchen would’ve raised the rating to 97. Nothing has ever perfect, but this came close.
