Tyst och luftig lyxstudio i Upper Marais

Denna fullt utrustade studio ligger två kvarter från den mycket trendiga rue de bretagne vid metrostationen filles du calvaire, linje 8. Den ligger på andra nivån (tredje amerikanen) i en elegant byggnad i XIX-talet utan hiss och öppnar söderut med tre stora fönster på en planterad och stor innergård. följaktligen absolut inget gatoljud. Det är 30 kvadratmeter eller cirka 300 kvadratmeter.

Studion som fullständig renovering slutfördes i oktober 2012 består av ett huvudrum med en bekväm queen size-säng i full storlek (160 * 200 cm eller 64 * 80 tum), ett badrum med italiensk dusch och handfat, ett fullt utrustat kök med en kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare och en separat toalett. det finns gott om garderober, ett bord för två och ett skrivbord.

Lägenheten levereras med gratis telefon till 100 länder inklusive Nordamerika och Australien, gratis Wi-Fi, gratis kabel-TV.

Den allomfattande veckovisa hyran avser kvalitet sängkläder och handdukar.

Platsen är mycket bekväm att turnera i Paris. Det är gångavstånd (mindre än fem minuter) till Le Marais, Bastille-torget och Republique-torget. Du kan enkelt komma åt tunnelbana (Republique och Bastille) och gå precis överallt i paris direkt utan att byta linje. Och du är bara 15 minuters promenad till centrum av Paris, chatelet.

Området är bostadsområde med ett stort utbud av kaféer och restauranger. I samma block finns en stor stormarknad (carrefour-marknaden).

100 Rue Amelot is a superb, secure location that is easy to access and close to a variety of transport options. The flat is charming and functional, with everything a traveller might need provided. Shopping, supermarket, restaurants and bars are extremely close by … and the bed is VERY comfortable after a long day sightseeing or enjoying the innumerable, close cultural locations/activities.Olivier’s communications are precise, helpful and succinct respecting your privacy & leaving you to enjoy a relaxed & comfortable stay.

Live like a Parisian ...

Pros: Great communication. Plenty of metro options and market within walking distance. Quiet building w/plenty of closet/drawer storage. Cons: Apt is up two flights of stairs and is definitely in need of new towels.

Excellent host!

Lovely complex consisting of around 6 beautifully remodeled apartments with the lower floor containing an Ayurvedic Spa run by the owner. Very secure gated parking lot in front of the complex. The apartment we used was Pitta with a Large bathroom with generous shower, well stocked kitchen for short stays, comfortable bed, airy and clean room. We especially enjoyed the terrace for early morning coffee.The biggest treat of all is the high school senior daughter of the host, who is fluent in 5 languages and I can attest that she is extremely fluent in english! This was so helpful for us as the rest of the family does not speak english and we no Italian! And I must mention how lovely it was to work with this young lady, she is a remarkable young woman!Kind and generous hosts who were a joy to meet. We would definitely return to this property!

Mediocre at best

The host messaged multiple times prior to our arrival. Understandingly so since he had to let us in the building, although not sure if it was a language barrier, but very condescending in tone. The room is up multiple flights on wooden stairs. Not a good idea for lots of luggage. My daughter and I struggled taking up our large suitcases. The lights were timed and would turn off randomly and you'd be stuck in a dark hallway. Lots of homeless live on the street of the apartment so be sure to be in before dark. The grocery store closes early every night so don't plan on going within the hour of closing. The bed was hard as a rock and water for shower we cold. Couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on. The curtains didn't keep light out so when the sun rose you didn't have a choice to get up. Overall, not pleased with this choice but you get what you pay for. It was decently close to the subway so that was a plus.

Wonderful Xmas in Paris

Can’t say enough about the location, walking distance of multiple Metro lines, and apartment was bright and quiet. Olivier, thank you for answering all our questions and for recommendations. Truly made our holiday special. Only suggestion would be for new towels for guests. We hope to return and stay again.

Agréable studio, très bien situé (à 2 pas du centre, plusieurs lignes de métro et de bus à proximité). Nous avons apprécié le calme pendant notre séjour ainsi que le confort. La table paraissait petite sur la photo mais elle est suffisante pour deux personnes. L'hôte a été arrangeant pour l'heure de départ. Vraiment un excellent séjour !

A very quiet private getaway in Upper Marais

We enjoyed our two week stay in late November early December. The property is clean with great window light and plenty of storage. Only two desk chairs and one straight backed upholstered chair for sitting around but when you are in Paris you do your sitting around in cafes. The bed was comfortable and has drawers beneath it. The heating even was improved during our stay and the washer dryer works great, especially for drying rain soaked clothing. The owners were prompt in replies before and during our stay. We are over 70 and out of shape but we managed the stairs (and got a little workout daily). We love the corner bistro just a few steps away and the market is just a few steps the other direction. Because the apartment is through one building across a patio and into the next section, it is very quiet. No street noise and friendly quiet neighbors. Easy access to metro system. We miss it already!

Great Property, Great Neighborhood, Great Host

The place has fantastic location. Near a lot of Metro Stations, with different lines that connect you everywhere. Olivier, the host was fantastic. Recieved us on time perfectly, very clean and easy to handle the place, and with details as a nice Champagne Bottle of Welcoming. He knows the Marais and neighborhood very well, and told us the best places for dinner and brekfast, supermarket etc. When we left we forgot some valuable documents in the apartment, and Olivier Managed to send them back to us. He is very concerned that the guest has the best experience. Definitely we recomend the place 100% !!!

The Best of Three Worlds

I loved the location, right at the meeting point between three fascinating, fun and trendy arrondissements. The 11th, 3rd and 4th. So many wonderful off the beaten path places to discover while still steps away from many must see sites. And excellent, fast transportation to the central sites. Great dining. Amazing bookstores (don’t miss Merci around the corner). The apartment itself is comfortable, spotless, and very well equipped. Every detail is addressed (outlets everywhere, lighting, mirrors, kitchen equipment). I especially loved the three large windows that let in light and air. During a couple 100 degree days the provided fan did an excellent job keeping the place cool. Olivier is a great host who has excellent recommendations. He leaves a helpful guide. Very responsive. .You can’t go wrong with this place. Excellent.

3 floor up

This 3 floor walk up made it very difficult for us (an older couple) to carry our bags into the apartment. Lights in the halls going off intermittently made it dark and dangerous. Apartment was smaller than it appeared in photo. Bathroom only had curtain to separate from main room.
