This splendid, modern, bright, elegant and fully equipped flat in a beautiful building in Saint-Germain des Prés is wonderfully located. You will be immersed in the ideal Paris, with many of the district's leading shops: the Café de Flore, the Church of Saint Germain, the quays of the Seine, art galleries, the Notre Dame de Paris cathedral, the Bon Marché, and the Lutetia hotel. With family or friends, my accommodation will give you an unforgettable Parisian experience

Sublime flat of 65 m2 on the 3rd floor without lift:

- 1 Master bedroom with bathroom (you have to go down a staircase to get there)
- 1 bedroom with 3 steps to get there
- 1 living room
- 1 kitchen open to the living room, dining room fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction cooker, fridge)
- 1 shower room
- 1 separate toilet

Sheets and towels are provided and cleaning is done by professional staff.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, check-in starts at 3pm and there is an additional charge for late arrivals:

Short Stay In Paris

We are 2 ladies in our late 60's so this appartment was a challange. There are many spiral stairs to get to the flat, and stairs inside to go up and down to the bathroom and downstairs bedroom. It needs a softer bed in the upstairs bedroom and a couple more fans as we were there with 95 degree weather, and opening the windows was not an option if you have a problem with noise as its right in the middle of bars and restaurants. By the end of our stay i will say our legs were in pretty good shape LOL. The neighborhood was terrific for access to great Restaurants and bars and the location made for easy pickups by Uber or Taxis. Walking distance to the Seine and we did a terrififc dinner cruise which was also walking distance withe Le Calife ,, all in all we had a good time, but i think this flat is perfect for younger people traveling light (as all luggage must be carried up stairs) for a short stay

Unbeatable Location

This place has location location location! Ideally situated in the 6th Arrondissement close to everything we wanted to visit and see. Great choice of cafés and bakeries a block away. Walkable to the Seine, Louvre, great restaurants, and so much more. Also a comfortable bed, which is very important to us. However, going three floors up the very narrow spiral staircase with luggage, was a daunting challenge.

Nice wide-angle photos, Non-functional apartment.

This apartment was located in a nice area on the left bank of Paris in a lively neighborhood on the third floor. Upon entering there is a security code and then a 36 inch wide wooden spiral staircase, with 42 steps that ascends to the apartment. There are minimal railings so for seniors it presents a challenge carrying luggage up and down the stairs. The apartment is smaller than the photos indicate. The kitchen has a refrigerator (no freezer), a toaster, a dishwasher (no detergent) and a combination oven/microwave. There were no pot holders or dish towels; we used hand towels. There was no welcome book (that one usually finds in vacation rentals) that explained how to use this appliance, nor about the neighborhood. The upper floor bedroom had an uncomfortable 3 inch mattress, a large lamp on the floor, no night stands or unit to hold your luggage. The second bedroom was downstairs (another 14 steps) in an open area with a comfortable bed, 2 night stands and no unit to hold luggage. The bathing area had no door, and the toilet was in a tiny room in the back corner of the lower floor where you ascend another few steps to get to it. There is a washing machine and drying rack available for use. Of concern was that the fire extinguisher is located outside the apartment on the stairs, and there is no other egress from the apartment should there be a fire. Descriptions of apartments should be accurate, especially when there is a no refund policy. They should also indicate i

Fabulous Location and Living Space

Our two adult daughters (early 20s) and we spent Christmas in Paris and stayed in this lovely apartment. The location is close to a lively neighborhood with high quality shopping and eating and great proximity to the metro stations. The space was lovely and comfortable. We didn't cook at all but the kitchen was well stocked if we had wanted to. There is only one bathroom but this wasn't a problem for our family of four. It was easy to check in and our host was very responsive. I would book this location again without hesitation.
