The Space:

The apartment is 75m2 and is located on the 1st floor without elevator.



- You will enjoy a beautiful living room, with a seating area (sofa bed) and an open kitchen.

-You will enjoy two large bedrooms. One of the bathrooms is attached to the room.

- Separate toilet.

- You have a portable air conditioner on site.



The location of the apartment is perfect, you will be in the center of Paris and all activities can be visited on foot. Please note that the accommodation is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to the Centre de Paris:



With its small pedestrian and cobbled streets, the Montorgueil district is one of the most beautiful districts in Paris.



You will find in the main street, rue Montorgueil, restaurants offering all cuisines of the world, great cafes, alternatives for Vegan, as well as the best food shops (Chocolatiers, pastry, wine cellar, primeurs), and also trendy clothing stores (Rouje, COS, &Other stories, etc.)



Located in the heart of Paris, you are also close to the largest train station in Paris Chatelet-les-Halles which will allow you to access the whole city thanks to its many metro and RER lines (direct from Charles de Gaulle Airport).



For walking enthusiasts, you are a 10-minute walk from the Marais and the Louvre, as well as 15 minutes from the Opera and the Grands Magasins (Printemps and Galeries Lafayette).
