Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor, but there are a few steps to climb to reach it.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the ground floor, at the back of a courtyard, and gets little natural light: the living room is dark and the apartment is darker than the photos suggest. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* The bathroom, which houses the only toilet, can only be reached through the bedroom. Guests sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room have to go through the bedroom, including at night, so this layout best suits a family or people who are comfortable together.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in a quiet setting in the 17th arrondissement, close to the cafés and boutiques of Batignolles, a 5-minute walk from La Fourche metro station (line 13), in a 50 m² (538 sq ft) apartment with a bedroom, an open kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
