⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The building is near Belleville, in a working-class neighbourhood. In the evening, the small streets and passageways leading to the apartment can feel unsettling, with groups of people outside and uneven cleanliness. If you are looking for a residential, well-kept area, please take this into account.
* With 30 m² (323 sq ft), one bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, the apartment is ideal for two and suits three. With four guests, two sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and space becomes tight.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: in summer, especially during heatwaves, it can get hot. If you are sensitive to heat, please take this into account.
* There is no television in the apartment. If you like to watch programmes in the evening, bring your tablet or laptop.
