📌 Please note before booking:
* At 14 m² (151 sq ft), the studio is small and floor space is limited. It suits one or two people for a short stay; large suitcases take up much of the room and space becomes tight beyond three or four nights, especially for guests with a lot of luggage.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be a 5-minute walk from Arts et Métiers metro station (lines 3 and 11), close to the Marais, in a modern, quiet studio on the ground floor of a secure building, with an equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a great shower.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
