Bedroom 2 : One bedroom with a double bed, simple bed, television and private bathroom with toilet.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, kit gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilet: One toilet is located in the bathroom and the other one is separate from the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi included, TV screen, iron, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure building without elevator.

* Each bedroom has its own bathroom, but only one of the two includes a toilet. The second toilet is separate, near the entrance, and guests in the other bedroom go through the living room to reach it, including at night. This is worth considering for two families or two couples who each want a private toilet.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, 150 m from Sentier metro station (line 3), in an 80 m² (861 sq ft) apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
