The studio features with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.
As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

Late Check-in (10:00 PM to Midnight): Available for a fee of âŹ20. After midnight, check-in will only be possible the following day starting from 9:30 AM.
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM at the latest.
Early Check-in or Late Check-out: Availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
Concierge Service: You will be provided with the contact details of an agent who will hand over the keys and answer any questions regarding the apartment and the neighborhood.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of âŹ250 is required, payable exclusively online by credit card via SWIKLY. The deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided there are no damages.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: âŹ90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: âŹ450.
Rules and Responsibilities:
Respect the quietness of the neighborhood: Excessive noise may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
