This two-storey, 400 m² detached house comprises :
- a spacious living room with dining area,
- four bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm),
- one bedroom with a single bed for a child,
- a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- two bathrooms with bathtub,
- one bathroom with bath and shower,
- two separate WCs,
- washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, fireplace, books,
- Wi-Fi,
- sauna, jacuzzi,
- 600 m² garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €22
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

When you stay in the 16ᵉ arrondissement, you'll be in the heart of a peaceful, residential neighborhood right in the center of the capital. Numerous designer boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafés, entertainment... will be within walking distance. You'll also be able to stroll along the Quais de Seine, especially in fine weather, take a walk around the Eiffel Tower or enjoy a stroll through the Bois de Boulogne.
