Lägenhet i Paris historiska centrum
Modern lägenhet i hjärtat av gamla Paris. I en 1600-talsbyggnad byggde två hus från Molière, på andra våningen utan hiss. Den består av två rum separerade med en skärm och rymmer upp till 4 personer. I sovrummet är 140 cm sängen komplett med en soffa av märket Steiner bekväm och lätt att öppna i vardagsrummet. Köket är utrustat med keramikhäll, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare och kaffebryggare. Den innehåller all utrustning som behövs för att ställa in bordet. Dessutom finns en livsmedelsbutik tillgänglig. Badrummet är utrustat med dusch. Det finns naturligtvis en hårtork. Toaletten är separerad. Platsen är magisk: 200 meter från Louvre-museet och 100 meter från Jardin du Palais Royal ... Allt är tillgängligt!

The host is very friendly and stayed in touch. The apartment is comfortable. Lots of stairs so not great for elderly or little kids but typical of European apartments. Nice bathroom.

Excellent property and host, would have given 5 stars except property stated there was a dryer when there was not, so we had to pack wet clothes in our bags. Victoria was very responsive, but didn't have an answer for us about this. Just need to change property details.

Great location---walkable to most all points of interest and is surrounded by cafes and patisseries. There's a neighborhood grocery store right across the street, which is highly convenient. The building dates back to the 16th century, and traversing the wooden staircase makes you feel like a witness to history. The apartment is cozy, has high ceilings and tall windows that open to let in a cool evening breeze. The host was great, was always reachable by phone, and was very quick to replace a broken refrigerator.

Wonderful host and location

We loved this neighborhood and the proximity to the Louvre, Notre Dame, L’Opera…it was easy to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit or catch a bus. The apartment is charming with exposed beams and many thoughtful touches. Our family of 4 was comfortable for 3 nights with teen daughters sharing the fold-out couch. We did not cook but could have - the apartment was well stocked. Victoria was a welcoming host who checked in multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. She also provided helpful recommendations. I would definitely return!

Central, immaculate and comfortable!

A wonderful 6-night stay in this perfectly clean, comfortable, well-supplied apartment. We appreciated Victoria's thoughtfulness, including bringing coffee capsules, bottled water and fresh flowers to start, checking in with us on WhatsApp after a day or two, and taking the time to say farewell in person. We enjoyed the original art and homey decor in the living room, and while we did not cook, the kitchen was well supplied. Great shower and good bathroom counter space, as well as excellent bedroom closet and drawer space. The small washing machine worked very well; the large drying rack was fine for us, but if you need a dryer, Victoria can point you to a laundromat just up the street. As for the location: after staying in other arrondissements earlier in our trip, we enjoyed this apartment's central location, next to the Palais Royal, with Gallerie Vivienne, Bibliotheque National and the Louvre all in a one-block radius. While the street was under construction during our visit, we had no issue with noise, since we were gone during the day. A taxi stand is about a 5-minute walk, and a Carrefour City grocery store is just across the street. Many thanks to Victoria for a very enjoyable stay!

Clean apartment in great location

Everything was very good, grocery store across the street, Joseph Boulangerie just two minute walk and we were happy with their croissants each morning. Apartment was clean, Victoria quick to respond to messsges. There was construction outside the apartment that started early, around 7am, but that is not a reflection of the apartment, it seems half of Paris is under construction. I would still recommend this accommodation.

Great location

Well equipped kitchen with spices and utensils. Comfortable bed. Was concerned about the separate stool from the shower but was a great way to utilize space. Host was excellent and very helpful. VERY close to louvre and river, can walk to many attractions easily. The stairs to get to the floor are more than expected. Best for a couple. Many resteraunts within a block or two.

Amazing Place in an Amazing Location

The place was amazing. The location could not have been better. At the time of my visit, the road was under construction, however this did not deter us from having an amazing time. Plenty of locations to walk around, plenty of places to eat. The host, she could not have been more amazing. Great communication, extremely flexible and willing to help. The apt was cozy, comfortable and even better than as described.

Lovely stay near Palais Royal

I had a wonderful stay at Victoria's apartment near the Palais-Royal. The apartment is ideally located near the Louvre, the Palais-Royal, and the Metro line 1. In the evening, I also enjoyed exploring the many excellent Japanese and Korean restaurants on and near the rue Saint-Anne. Victoria's apartment is beautiful and had everything I needed. There were fresh towels, bedlinen, extra blankets, toiletries, tea and coffee pods for the espresso machine. It snowed during my stay and all radiators worked well and kept me warm. I really enjoyed the tasteful decoration and large bookshelf full of intriguing titles. It was easy to feel at home and the apartment was a lovely place to return to after a day of working or walking in the city. Victoria was also a very kind host, who waited patiently for me to arrive from the airport after a delayed flight, and stayed in touch with me via text in case I had any questions during my stay. This is the ideal place if you are wishing to be near the Louvre, and to enjoy all that the parks and restaurants in this area have to offer. It is also perfect for spending a night inside and enjoying a glass of wine and reading on the sofa. Warmly recommended -- thank you so much again for a great stay!

Adorable apartment in a terrific location

We thoroughly enjoyed Victoria’s apartment. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities you could want. Short walk to the Tulerries and the Louvre plus transit stations - subway and bus. There are several restaurants right on her street and a small market across the street. With that proximity, people are out at night so bring earplugs. We slept great - the bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom with a modern shower.

Compact, beautifully appointed

Victoria was delightful. Her apartment was so clean, and had many little touches that made our stay very comfortable. When we (stupidly) locked ourselves out of the apartment, she responded immediately and kindly. The space was perfect for two people. When my sister and her friend came, the foldout couch was comfortable and easy to manage, even if we were a bit cramped. The shower was the nicest I have come across in many VRBO experiences. All in all, this was a 5 star experience.
