If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Smoking Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.
