Great stay

Location was very convenient to get to the mall and restaurants. Very quiet street. Close to a school so you get some noise from that but sitting in the backyard with a beer and listening to a kids’ softball game was very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was perfect! It was fully stocked with everything you could need… the host thought of everything!! We especially enjoyed the backyard! One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in and will definitely return!!

It was great, however we had already gone to grocery assuming didn’t need paper products but then got there and wanted no glass outside. Also FYI never saw a pink or black trash bag so that could be updated.

Scottsdale Stay

We had 6 adults stay at this wonderful house for a week. The location was perfect for us , nice backyard with barbecue. The house had all the amenities we needed. When we got there some lights in the backyard had fallen down, no biggie at all, but the owners responded immediately and came and fixed it. Would totally stay here again.

Relaxing stay in the Scottsdale sun

Checking in and out were smooth and seamless. Your home was a lovely, quiet and safe place to relax and bask in the sun. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, bright and open spaces. There was great water pressure in the showers too. Your backyard was a haven to enjoy the sunshine and warm weather! Thank you very much again for hosting us.

A wonderful holiday at the Sage House

Our family had such a lovely stay at the Sage House over Christmas. It was very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. Communication with the host was great and you absolutely cannot beat the location. It’s very quick to downtown Scottsdale and centrally located in Phoenix near the freeway so we could easily get around the city. You can really feel that the hosts put a lot of care into their home to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again on another one of our trips back to Phoenix to visit family.

Comfort of home with vibe of a cool getaway

Complaints: None. Nothing was lacking from beginning to end. neighborhood. Communication: Shereen provided excellent communication. She was accurate about her home and the neighborhood. Her information book in the home was easy to locate, up to date and easy to navigate. Comfort: All parts of the home were beyond comfortable. Beds and bedding great quality, the couch was irresistibly cushiony and clean, bathroom towels were plentiful and fresh, kitchen was FULLY stocked, appliances were top quality. Front and back yard were landscaped beautifully and very inviting to the eye and equally relaxing. Considerations: Shereen has thought of everything you might need. It started with easy check-in process which worked flawlessly! (So many rentals have glitches on the check-in) Even though she wasn't there, I felt warmly greeted by a wonderful fragrance when we opened the door and ice cold A/C awaiting us. This is a PLUS+ when it comes to AZ in the summer. I will say that initially I was bummed that we wouldn't have a pool or hot tub, but never missed it once since the backyard had the most excellent morning lounge in the shade of a large tree. We sat there each morning talking for a long while. It felt private, welcoming and everything was JUST RIGHT! What we really loved - - - minimal furniture (not cluttered) but enough for 5 adults to have plenty of room to lounge and eat. We even had a couple of visitors and there was plenty of room. The DECOR is beautiful - a nice eclectic contemporary look, but not cold or too modern. Comfort abounds. (Pictures don't do it justice.) Location - quiet neighborhood near everything, easy to get to. I couldn't wait to come "home" each day. LOVED IT!

Fantastic home and hosts!

This house was absolutely perfect! It's close to shops and dining but it's tucked in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it :)

Better than a resort

We spent February and March in Shereen's lovely home. The entire process from the time we booked until we left was seamless. Not only is the house decorated tastefully and comfortably, but there is a backyard that was wonderful to relax in with lovely furniture, a fire pit and a grill. It was also spotless, and we appreciated the cleanliness and lack of clutter. Most importantly, when we had a problem with the heating and air conditioning units, Shereen was there immediately and waited until the repairman completed the work to ensure it was done properly. We have rented VRBO properties for the last ten years and this is the best experience we've ever had. I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Perfect get away

Cute, clean, nice backyard space, almost a 5!

The house is clean and well decorated. The backyard space is really great for hanging out especially around the fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet and close to walking trails. Our only complaints were that the house did take a long time, several hours, to warm up when we arrived as the heater was off and it was winter. There were not a many backup blankets for the beds and out first night was a bit cold. Once the heater had the house at the right temperature everything was fine.

Wonderful property

Adorable house with a great yard and amenities. Very comfortable and decorated beautifully. We stayed a month and it was perfect for my family (one toddler one infant). Having a pack and play and high chair provided was amazing. We already want to stay here again. So close to so many playgrounds was a bonus.

March Vacation

Awesome house! Looks just like the pictures. Fully stocked. Towels, soap, iron and hair dryer available. Easy check in and check out. House is a short walk to Chaparral park. I would definitely recommend anyone stay here.
