At 7,200 feet in elevation, our White Mountain Chalet as we call it is a spacious and comfortable place to relish simple pleasures year-round. Ideally situated near the Pinetop Country Club, and surrounded by the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, it is perfect for outdoor fun! Mountain bikers, hikers, skiers, and nature lovers enjoy it here, and there are over 65 lakes and streams to discover. You might even spot elk, pronghorn antelope, or wild turkey during your stay! For those who like golfing, there are six public golf courses and three private ones in the area, and local Pinetop restaurants, shopping, and other amenities are all an easy drive from home. You can also check out the local trails, visit the nearby Hon-Dah Casino, or plan an adventure to the Sunrise Ski Park just 25 minutes away, where summer and winter activities abound.
Outdoor space at this home includes a large covered deck -- perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails -- as well as a large, shady yard complete with a gas grill and wood-burning firepit. Enjoy your favorite beverage while you listen to the sounds of nature. You can also treat yourself to soothing baths in your brand-new hot tub! Inside, youâll find a well-appointed kitchen where the chef of the group can create inspired meals while entertaining the group at the large breakfast and dining bar. Spend the evenings snuggled up with some hot cocoa while you stream the latest release on the large smart TV, or use the free high-speed WiFi to post the dayâs pics to social media.
The White Mountain Chalet is where our family goes to recharge so we speak from experience when we say you will depart with a new bounce in your step. This is our second home and we want to share this incredible experience with responsible renters with a light touch and joyful spirit! Surrounded by mature pines, hikers & mountain bikers have their choice of trails to explore. Golfers will love nearby courses, & anglers will enjoy easy access to several nearby lakes!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
